Northside Medical Center

The staff up front were not friendly at all. First time going and didn’t know where to sign the had to sit and wait 30 minutes just for them to call me up and verify insurance. Then had to wait another 30-45 minutes to get called back. The nurse doing vitals and shots was very rude and didn’t care to hear what was wrong and had a terrible bedside manner. The doctor was very thorough and listened to everything. Got shots and the nurse didn’t even let me get my pants on before opening the door. Would recommend the doctors but not that particular nurse at all.

Would leave zero stars if possible. My six year old sustained second degree burns on her legs and feet last night. She was in a lot of pain. We arrived at the nearest urgent care (Northside Medical) at 6:30. The hours say they are open until 8. As we rushed inside with my child screaming the nurse simply looked at me and said "we are not accepting anymore patients at this time". I worked in healthcare for over 10 years and never recall refusing a patient in need of emergency care, especially a child. Avoid this place at all costs! The staff simply care about getting home on time!

Terrible. Horrible Took very sick child and they would not see her at Urgent Care. Said it’s been over a year since seen primary Dr. Well—-she has been very healthy and no need for visiting. Long story short they were very rude also the waiting room was EMPTY.

Don't use Dr. Fortson, I had Hpyloria bacteria went to this Dr. for over 4 years and still didn't give me the right meds to get rid of it.That bacteria bacteria is the 2nd. leading cause of stomach cancer in the worldis is the second

I have used several Doctors at Northside and they all have been excellent. Friendly staff and clean facility. Quick and thorough in examinations and testing. I recommend them to all of my friends and family and have several actually change to Northside.

I love Dr Russell he will always take the time to listen and make sure to do whatever it takes to help you

The nurse asked what pharmacy I used and I told her and I went to get my meds it wasn't there, She sent it to there pharmacy. So I had to turn around and go all the way back. Not good

We have been going since they opened. It's nice to be able to get everything local and in 1 place.
