Anyone who leaves a good review of this grave pit is either blind or only sees their family when someone is expecting them!! I wouldn't trust these people to take care of a rodent, or a roach, which they have plenty of! They made my sisters last 2 years of life hell, she had bone cancer and many other ailments! I was there as much as possible, they showed no concern for their patients!!! This place should be shut down immediately!!!!! They are the best liars on the planet, I'll give them that!!! Don't bother calling the State because you're just telling the facility when they're coming so they can all be on their best behavior, make the food look edible, and make the facility look clean!!! How can our representati es turn a blind eye, the patients are terrified to complain because believe me there are retaliations!!!!!!

The staff are amazing, dedicated and take pride in taking care of the residents. The renovations to the facility are beautiful. I would not be afraid to put my loved ones at Northridge!

My sister has been a resident in the nursing home for 10 months. They have been very kind to her and take good care of her. Her health has improved since she's been at Northridge and they have gone above and beyond normal responsibilities to make her happy and healthy. I love this place and their staff.

This place is a nightmare. There staff was horrible to my family who came to see there grandfather before he passes! They sent them all around the building several times cause all the nurses were telling them to go back and forth so much they lost there time to see him😡 one of the nurses said she would fix it cause it wasn't there fault and they didn't! They had 2 minutes with him and told them to leave.!! Yall need to get it together. We want to see our loved ones before they go. With how rude yall are I'm wondering how my father n law is actually doing under your care!

Stole my grandmother’s personal possessions after she passed. Magically found them an hour after my mom posted her review of the facility. Make sure you keep track of what was in your loved ones possession when they passed or get out of the facility. Stealing from the old and infirm. Shame on them.

I don't know who is responsible for running this facility, but they are doing a poor job. I would be ashamed of myself to admit I was in charge. No wonder you will never return a phone call when it concerns a patient or their health or diet or Dr appointments.

My mother passed away there October 26th, 2021, ALL OF HER PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE GONE. I picked up 2 boxes of clothing,and they said that was all of it. I KNOW WHAT MY MOM HAD. I TOOK IT TO HER. They either stole my mom's stuff,or threw it away. Either way it's UTTERLY DISPICABLE AND CALLOUS. MY POOR SISTER is still there, and she has a hard time getting her meds on time. I can understand being short staffed. But stealing from old ppl is a whole other thing. Don't put your loved one here.also when I shop for my sister and drop off her bags, before they get to her ,some items disappear...so, how does that happen? 1 hour after this review was posted they "found " some of my mom's stuff...hmm. we'll see.

My uncle was here for IV antibiotics and rehab and we were very pleased! He made great progress with Rehab and was able to go home successfully after his stay!
