The experience was wonderful. Best massage I have ever had and very fairly priced also. I was a walk-in and they worked me in quickly and I cannot thank them enough. I’ve already scheduled future appointments. 🤍🤍🤍

Yall!!! Run, do not walk, to Northport Massage!!! 1 hour, $70, and the best massage therapist named Jenny! Man, I almost didn’t write a review because I’m not sure I have the words to do them justice! I have chronic neck pain from bulging discs between my c6&7 vertebrae and she is the first person ever to give me relief. Every single second of the massage was with intention to heal. This was not enjoyable like a back scratch. This was healing and sensational and thorough and I never wanted it to end. She targeted every hot spot in my body, from my forehead to my toes! She was able to massage out so many knots and released so much fascia. Every single thing she did was complete excellence. Not a single second or penny wasted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place has a really bad language barrier. Most of the people that does the massages can’t even speak English clearly. First and last time going. From having massages all my life and new to this area. This isn’t the place to go. Waste of time and money.

I was referred to Northport massage by The Joint Chiropractor, if I could leave more than five stars, I would. The environment was soothing & I throughly enjoyed my massage. I booked a 60 minute massage, usually full body massages range anywhere between $80-$120. My massage was $62 & included: head to toe deep tissue massage, hot stones/towels & stretching). My masseuse made sure I was comfortable with the pressure & positioning of the sheets. I look forward to booking another appointment 😆

If they didn’t force you to tip more after you’ve already tipped 30%, it would be better. They won’t let you leave unless you raise your tip amount. This has happened all three times I’ve gone, which was plenty of chances, so I won’t be back.

I love this place. Professional, and very nice.I always leave feeling 100% better and relaxed when I leave. I only visit Tuscaloosa once a year for the Alabama homecoming game, and I make it a point to come here once or twice or three times while I'm in the area! I go nowhere else. I highly recommend this place to anyone. To all who work here you all are amazing and provide a great relaxing experience!

The massages here are great if you like deep and are willing to make a few minor concessions. The biggest problem here is reliability. If you make an appointment online, you might or might not get a massage. If you call, your chances are better, but not guaranteed. I showed up for a massage exactly on time, just to be told that they had cancelled 15 minutes prior because they called while I was driving there and assumed I wasn't coming when I didn't answer. I've been here a few times and they never called to confirm before. It was mostly how incredibly dismissive the woman was about it. I planned my off day around this and drove 25 minutes just to be blamed and told very casually that it wasn't happening. No honest explanation or apology for giving away my appointment. Just "you didn't answer so I thought you weren't coming". Also, if you have any special requests, go somewhere else, as the only thing close to English is spoken exclusively at the front desk. The only thing the massage therapists understand is "ouch".

I have had massages at some 5 star spa's that did not compare to the massage I received today from CoCo. I was in serious pain and she worked magic. The place smells relaxing and the music aids to create a whole experience. I have read the comments about the "tip" issues. I did not experience this. I will say if you pay $60 for a 1 hour massage and you get great service then be prepared to tip at least 20%. Check the prices every where else. Beside being very affordable it was absolutely therapeutic.
