Physical Therapy Can Be Terribly and Unbearably Scary. But Northpark is FAR from an episode of South Park…with top notch managers and therapists who hit it straight out of the park! Can’t say enough about Marla Pino-Ramirez, Isiah, and the rest of the crew at this excellent facility. Our family is truly appreciative for their professionalism and especially their patience for my elderly mother who had to undergo surgery for spinal stenosis. Marla stressed to us that the physical therapists at Northpark would get my mom back on her feet again in three weeks. Seemed like a steep hill to climb for an 80+ year old after a major procedure, but Marla’s knowledge and confidence immediately sold us. No used car salesmen tactics. Just a major emphasis on getting my mom strong as quickly as possible, so she can get her life back. My mother is doing well. She is back on her feet with the assistance of a walker and well on her way to running circles around us again. So BIG shout out to Marla, Isiah and the rest of the gang! Rest assured, Northpark has got your back!!!!

Kathy-front receptionist was amazing and very cordial. I felt like I was walking into my own home. Refreshing fruit water up front for the public. The building is clean, smells good and the staff is friendly. I can tell the staff really strives for the best patient care possible.

My stay was at NorthPark was a great experience! Thanks to the staff nurse ( Jessica and night nurse Carl) CNA's ( Tony, Sonia, Val and Jesus and night CNA Tee)their care was above and beyond expectations thanks for all your care and attention to my well being. The wound nurse Greg was super great very knowledgeable and very understanding to a patient's care. Thanks for your care and attention to my wound care you went above and beyond all my expectations. I would highly recommend NorthPark to anyone looking for the best care. The food was good and the Occupational and Physical Therapy staff are excellent. Everyone working for NorthPark are great and caring.

I have been to three physical rehab places in the Phoenix area. The first two were nightmares. North Park was like a luxury hotel. Everybody got to know my name I was only there two weeks, but I didn’t wanna go home when it was time for me to leave. Food was the only somewhat low point. It was adequate .C+. Please don’t tell anybody about this great review because I want to be sure that there’s an open bed next time I need to go to physical rehab again.

Excellent facility! Nurse Anthony was so awesome-great bedside manner. Nurse Jessica was lovely , helpful and caring. CNA Tony was GREAT! Wish I could take him home. Very passionate about his job. He truly cares. CNA Sonia is also amazing and truly caring. Love these folks! They are wonderful ,passionate and professional!

North Place is a top notch building! The receptionist and her team are always very welcoming! The nursing team has always been very attentive and the therapy team is one of the best around. The case management team has been wonderful to work with and Anita, Daniela, and Jozlyn are very thorough and their follow up is great! Keep North Place in mind for your family needs, I highly reccommend.

Place is amazing, service was great and detailed! The most satisfying experience was working with Terrell! He was so caring and professional and made my experience comfortable, I knew I was in great hands with him. I definitely recommend this facility to anyone who is in need rehab. I had a wonderful experience at Northpark. What I noticed was consistency in great service and kindness. Very pleasant and I felt more like I was in vacation.
