NPT is and has always been very welcoming to everyone who goes whether itโ€™s for PT or just to use the gym equipment. All staff is very friendly and the public who goes in to use the machinery is very respectable. Andrea at the front desk never fails to say hello and always asks how your day is going with a big smile! Definitely give this place a check. 5/5.

Emily is amazing! Very encouraging and answers all my questions. The ladies have all made my hip replacement recovery a positive experience! I will definitely keep coming back with any PT needs I have!

My experience has been successful and amazing with Jen Snyder as my PT at the Ogdensburg location. The ease of making appointments speaks volumes. As painful as it can be they make it pleasant to talk & laugh with. On scale of 1-10 Iโ€™ll give it a 11๐Ÿฅฐ

I waited more than a year to start PT. I was having pain in my neck and it traveled down my left arm. My quality of life was greatly affected. After attending PT and continuing my work at home, I am now pain free. I can now hold my new grandson without pain. Terrific quality of life. Thank you Jenny for your guidance and help.

This review is only in regards to the gym. The gym itself is nice, has everything you need for strength training and your basic cardio selection. My only complaint is only being open until noon on the weekends. I hate to dock them for my following comments, maybe I'm the only one that feels this way, but there's things that could be done. This place is always swarmed with little boys. I'm talking grown up in a subdivision, pretentious, Mommy's sweet little boy kids. Yesterday I counted 8 of them in one group before I left. It's very hard to get anything done with them in there. They leave their belongings and gym equipment scattered while they're all huddled together taking constant shirtless selfies. Every lift has to be videoed and a mirror CAN NOT be passed without flexing in it. Wrist wraps and elbow wraps must be used for weights my girlfriend could rep...of course they gotta slam the weights around like a big deal too! I also enjoy being able to hear their adolescent screeching over the blaring metal in my headphones. Yeah I'd rather these kids be in the gym than out on the streets causing trouble but their etiquette makes it hard to get a work out done, let alone enjoy it. Put up some signs or something that say selfies in the bathroom and phone use in the lobby only.

I've been coming to NPT on and off for the past 2 years for different reasons and have had great experiences with the therapsists each time. They have been very accommodating with my scheduling and honestly are the highlight of my day.

Ogdensburg.........clean and friendly environment. Staff are attentive and just like Cheers......."everyone knows your name." ๐Ÿ˜Š I utilize the exercise equipment.......very hygienic with sanitizer and cloths readily available to clean your equipment before and after use. The monthly membership fee is extremely reasonable for everything that is offered for use. Would I recommend NPT to others? You bet!! ๐Ÿ‘
