This place will cancel a scheduled appointment and reschedule it without even a courtesy call to say they rescheduled your appointment. They acted like i picked a time out of the air to show up for my appointment. Said there was no way I had an appointment at that time because they had it blocked out for a mid day staff meeting. Then said the scheduling person must have made a mistake. But why would any health provider not call respectfully when the need to reschedule? How do they know what date and times the patient can accept. Especially if they have to ride the CARE Shuttle and live an hour away? So rude and inconsiderant! I know of a patie t they lost due to this very reason who was ordered to go for PT and speech therapy due to a stroke. Now that patient wont get services because of these inconsiderate games. Then when you ask to speak with the director, they say she's with a patient and will cak you within the hour, and no phone call is recieved. Absolutely rediculous. No accountability or care for their patients time, lives or needs!
