Northern California Functional Restoration Program

I went to this program for an old injury that I had tried everything for. The doctors, psychologists, patient, care, coordinators, and all the other providers are really helpful and informative, and being able to work with a group of other people who had had work injuries was so helpful.

This place is amazing. The providers are all very kind and involved in the treatment of program participants. The facility is really nice and all other patients seem very satisfied with treatment.

I was going to go here for my rehabilitation but the staff did not make me feel confident at all. At 1st i felt ok but then when my phone had not rang for what felt like weeks and my messages not returned i did not feel this facility would be the place for me. People like me who have been injured for long periods of time with no help need to be reasured that things are moving along and that nessasary steps are being taken to get the care we so desperatly need. When i called in again the person who answered my call said he was just about to call me back and i did not believe him at all like he had done nothing at all or at the very least the bare minimum of effort for gathering information to get me what i need. I hope this has not been the experience for anyone else but i felt it was needed to put this out there for other people to read so you can make up your own mind about choosing a facility for your needs.
