Northern Arizona Healthcare - Camp Verde

I had an appointment to set up as a new patient. Doctor was not in office today and needed to reschedule. I was seen in Immediate care and Brett Bradley was able to help with me with a medication refill that was urgent. It was a great experience and I’m glad that I’ve chosen to set up as a new patient with NAH

I saw Elaine Nissan until she retired and I was always treated with respect even though my case is anything but easy. I booked an appointment with Samuel Fongang and was in tears by the time I left. He was incredibly rude and condescending. I've never in my 68 years been treated that way. I've found another doctor in Cottonwood. I would NEVER return to Northern Arizona Healthcare.

Dr Samuel Fongang rocks, he cares, has compassion, cares for the patients does whatever he can to make sure patient feels heard seen and makes sure they are pain free within his limitations due to insurance and rules and regulations. Puts patient first.wh8ch is what matters. He is a wonderful asset to this clinic.

Dr. Samuel was exceptional. He demonstrated an authentic care for my overall wellbeing and my current and future health.

Short wait times, very clean and professional facility, nurses and doctors were attentive and considerate

Can't get in to see a doc. and they don't do anything to help or answer your questions. They just don't care, 6 months to get a appointment. God help you if you get sick. The ER yes if you want to wait 10 12 hours and then.???? Let DOCTORS BE DOCTORS.
