Northeastern Rural Health Clinics

I had an appointment today with Dr Hillmam at Northeast rural health at 9:50 this morning. I called at 9:35 and told them I would be late due to construction on highway 36.They told me there was a 7 minute grace period. I got to my appointment at 10: 00. Being unfamiliar with new check in registration put me even further behind. So, they told I had to reschedule. I went to administration and told them I was filing a complaint. And here it is. I’m not a HAPPY CAMPER!! . There should be an allowance for this type of stuff, like a longer grace period of sorts

You often have heard that the best thing you can do for your health is to quit smoking. The second best thing you can do is to get as far away from Northeastern Rural “HELLTH” Clinic possible. You would be better off to do what Kramer did on Seinfeld, take your dog to the vet, give your symptoms as if it were the dogs symtoms, then apply vets recommendation to yourself. Also notice that two of the 5 Star ratings are from Ryan Nowling and Dana Nowling, Ryan is the CEO of Northeastern, how many other 5 Star “plant” reviews?? “Do no Harm” is something that doesn’t exist at Northeastern! Doctors assisted suicide is illegal in California❓❓❓

Long waiting times to get an appointment. Providers leave all the time. No one looks at your medical history before an appointment. I have allergies to chemical scents and have had providers get angry with me for having a reaction to their scented products (perfumes, hand sanitizers, lotions etc) the last 3 appointments I couldn’t finish because of allergic reactions due to the chemicals used by the clinic/providers. A couple of providers were upset with me for wearing a mask!

Very gentle and professional office. Everyone is so sincerely helpful and kind. Don't be scared! They'll take good care of you!

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This is clearly a money based business that has no interest in the health and well-being of our towns citizens. Apparently, even though labcorp is separate and this building is our towns Urgent Care, they no longer allow people to make appointments at any facet of the facility unless they switch their primary doctor to a northeastern doctor. "Due to the high volume of patients." Forcing patients to have a primary care at your facility doesn't lessen the amount of patients you're seeing, it simply forces people who need medical care to pad your doctors pockets to be eligible to receive medical care. I shouldn't have to use up resources at the hospital because my doctors office is unable to give me a specific lab draw, and the place in town that should be able to refuses to unless I pay their doctors first. Sickening. Pathetic. So much for do no harm as a doctor, right? Guess that doesn't matter if you don't have them as a personal patient. I wish this place would shut down or get bought out by a medical facility capable of actually assisting our town. They don't do anything for anyone anymore as it is. They deserve to go out of business.

Was diagnosed with cancer by a former doctor 8 months ago. That doctor always reschedule my appointments. Then tried for these last couple months to get in with a other doctor got scheduled then day of appointment I was told she wasn't seeing new patients. Then I rescheduled with another doctor 30 days later which the appointment was today at 245pm but what do you know they changed it again. But to an earlier appointment without being notified. So here we are a year later and I might as well be dead now. This place is the biggest show of health care.

If I could give this please a negative star I would. The majority of admin and most staff especially older staff are biased and made me feel uncomfortable in care. I've experienced racists comments, unprofessional and uncaring treatment and ignorant statements. When reported to admin they stand by this behavior and ignore their patients best interests. If you're pregnant and have other options please go somewhere else. The pregnancy program they have is discouraging and they do not know what they're talking about half the time nor do they welcome patient preference without talking down to you or considering alternates that are best for the patient not easier for the facility. They take advantage that this small town doesn't offer a lot for healthcare options and it's disgusting. It's 2024 and they seem to be stuck in 1921.

The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude this morning, she doesn’t know how to communicate. She shouldn’t be there if she’s easily agitated.
