Northeastern Center, Kendallville-Noble Outpatient Office

I wouldn't even give them one star. Awful awful place to get counseling, at least for children. My step daughters mother takes her here against better judgment from her dad. This counselor has made her believe she has full control over her life, and if it's not her way, then it's wrong. This counselor has listened to the mother bash her dad and paint this awful Pic of her dad while she is actually the one manipulating her daughter. She and the counselor have phone calls, yet the counselor won't call dad back to talk. He has written that the father should not have any contact with the daughter because of emotional and verbal abuse. Her dad is not abusive in any way towards her or our 3 children, but since he only talks to mom, he hears and believes whatever garbage comes out of her mouth. She coaches her daughter on what to say every time before she takes her so that she can use it against dad. (Daughter has said that, and she is 9) This counselor is very one-sided, and he is helping a mom take away a really good dad from his daughter when he actually has no idea who the real problem is.

The worst place I've had to deal with they act like they care but they're controlling and want to make their job as easy as possible and belittle people or are related to the parents because they accidentally call to much the first day because they can't get into. I called a lot the first day because everytimebi walked into my house I got scared I missed a call cause my phone is glitched out. So I walked outside and attempted to call her. She was sleeping Soni kept trying because I needed to know if she was okay or overdosed or what. I finally talk to her she was fine. I call back in the morning 1 time! And then I needed to leave an encouraging message so I called again and asked if I could they made me feel so horrible. They put me on 2 calls a day when I have 3 kids with this girl and made me feel like I was hurting her by keeping her updated.

DONT COME HERE unless you want to get toyed with. They don’t take your medication seriously and will often make you go days without it at the end of each month. I’ve gone 9 days without my adhd medication (adderall which I’ve been on for 8 months now) and they couldn’t care less about doing anything to help. They type things wrong on prior authorizations and blame it on the insurance. Shady place with even shadier people. DONT COME HERE

I dropped this place bcuz the new head lady Fiona constantly ignores our needs and wrapped me up a bill I can't pay of over $700 without costs I didn't agree to!! Ever since Karen left they went downhill. They also have a few caseworkers now that bully an control ppl. I have many friends who are stuck with a case worker who controls their every aspect of life an talks down to them like they're childre!! Do not go here. Try Bowen center

Park Center directed me here for Mental Health IOP because Fort Wayne is too far away from where I live. The receptionist YELLED at me that there was no Mental Health IOP only chemical dependency IOP and was incredibly rude. I informed her Park Center offers BOTH Mental Health IOP and chemical dependency IOP; not that she seemed to care or believe me. I called Park Center back to confirm I wasn't stupid or misunderstood something. They were VERY POLITE and not at all impressed with Northeastern Center's attitude. I'm soooo glad I don't have to go to therapy here!!!! We'll find somewhere else for my IOP.

Cheryl johnson goes above and beyond for her patients she deserves a raise at the very least because I couldn’t ask for a better therapist -ashley neeley on my sons account lol

No need to go here if you don't wanna help yourself....it has to gone from within. I recomend this place.

This place is a joke. Don't go there they will not help you. Find a real doctor/therapist. Staff is very rude. Also breached confidential by handing out other clients info to my husband
