Northeast Valley Health Corporation (Santa Clarita Health Center)

This is the WORST run pediatrician office I have ever been to. I literally have been here 3x and I cannot get my kids seen without waiting at minimum 2 hrs. Do not go here!!!

Horrible customer service, 1 hour on hold just to make an appointment. Staff needs to change

2:23 pm 10/21/24 New post: The lack of the people answering the phones. Waiting with hold music 12 minutes. Only to get answered with dead silence for 4 minutes. Hangs up. Very poor customer service and no doubt are not doing their job. Please review the crew on board Post was 2 yrs ago: Love Dr Clark and his nurse Jesse. If you need a doctor to inform you with the best knowledge on your issue. Go to him !

I would give zero stars if I had the option. Very unprofessional and condescending office admins and medical assistants. Doctor never called, things and appointments changed last minute on their end. I have no problem with that. I do have a problem with the inconsistencies of what I’m told and the scoffing of the receptionist. I saw a statement saying that staff is rude to those who are NOT hispanic/mexican, and I completely agree with that statement. it’s sad that this facility has mostly negative reviews, wonder what staff thinks/feels about working for a corporation that is corrupted. go anywhere but here. they are a mess.

This review makes me sad. I used to recommend NEVHC to people. It's got very bad. The call center for appointments had me waiting for a long time, then they disconnected the line a few times. It took me 2 hours to get a hold of a live person, only to tell me to call back tomorrow for a same day appointment for my daughter. I gave Santa Clarita location a try and wasn't even able to get my daughter in for an appointment. I guess I will continue to utilize Holy Cross ER Hospital as my children's clinic since I'm never able to get appointments for my children anymore. Iam seeking another clinic for my kids, if anyone knows of one please share on the comments. I would like a doctor that really cares about my children health and well-being, NEVHC is definitely not that place anymore. ZERO STAR

Over all a good experience. I have been taking my mother for her health care and all team members have been professional and caring. Dr. Woods is very professional and caring.

The staff and pediatrician were extremely helpful at the Canyon Country and Valencia locations. They were able to get my son the vaccines he needed to get him back in school quickly. The pediatrician explained everything to my 4 year old so he could understand and feel comfortable. We had a very pleasant experience. Front desk staff were also very kind and professional and got our paper work handled quickly.
