Louise Villanueva, PNP was very helpful! My child needed to be potty train since his already 3. She talked to him about potty training, ipad restrictions and stop breastfeeding. As soon as we got home my little one started asking to use the potty. Its been 1 day and all I could say is no accident and his been using the potty a lot! I want to Thank her soooo much!!!

One of my most favorite office to visit is Dr. Martinez with his staff team members in behavioral science because they have been there to take me in and take care of me and help me with my struggles of addiction. For almost two years now, I’ve been taking Vivitrol and seeing and talking with them and they’ve been recording the process and progression. With the help of the MAT program and getting assigned a therapist as well to help keep me on track, I’ve been sober for 6 months now and it’s been an honor to share this humbling experience and journey with my Doctor and friends at NEVHC.

I'm only posting about how hard it is to call and make an appointment, I wonder do they not have enough staff to handle the incoming calls , making appointments on the phone is very hard and it should not be! I've been trying to reach them about a pre-op appointment I need prior to a procedure and I've been trying for 3 days now , this is not okay and could be a lot easier .

I know I am over weight but my issues where dismissed and everything was blamed on my weight... the nurse was nice but Stanley is a joke and has no bed side manners... I will never return

I rlly have anywhere else to go except this place but first of all, I heard a bit of attitude coming from the lady at the front desk. Then I had to get my physical and that’s when the nurse told me that I have a male as my doctor. Why on earth would you give a teenage girl a male doctor?! Like genuinely that’s very concerning if you guys allow that. Doctor or not, men should not be handling a teenage girl’s health. Then I got switched to the Women’s Health department. I waited 3 HOURS for them just to ask if I can get an ultrasound. You guys have to do better when handling teen girls and managing time better. Teen girls SHOULD NOT go to a male doctor. Save your male doctors for the boys please. I’m still traumatized that I was almost about to go to a male doctor despite me having PTSD from men.

You guys really suck at answering the phone, and it’s annoying I shouldn’t have to call other center to transfer me to get ahold of you guys ! It’s getting ridiculous

Dont matter if your the second person in with an appointment if they feel like helping you last thats what they will do. All the people that came after me were helped first. The receptionist are the problem. The nurses inside are extremely nice. After my visit was over receptionist said i couldn't leave til i signed a paper that took her 20 minutes to print. Came at 6:30 for bloodwork grabbed a ticket and been waiting for 30 minutes. Called for a uti appointment and they can’t schedule unless it’s same day . They can not give an appointment for a later date.

I go here because the staff is amazing and they are very helpful with your care needs
