Northeast Premier Physical Medicine

I have nothing but great things to say about the physicians and staff at Northeast Premier. I’ve been under Kevin Sadowski’s care for a couple of years now- I had originally called his practice- Primary Spine because I was frustrated and mostly unbearable chronic pain due to past spinal surgeries. I had contacted multiple physicians offices over the past few years and was turned away due to my condition being chronic. Sadowski was the only one who was determined to do everything he could to help alleviate at least the unbearable part of my pain. His compassion was so comforting- and he followed through on his promise- he left no stone unturned so to speak and had me start working with a physical therapist in his office, did regular injections, had me get new imaging and he even spotted something the radiologist missed- that a screw from my last surgery had popped through the vertebra and out the other side (and was pushing on my larynx)! Last Feb 2021, I was in a car accident caused by the driver of a pick up truck. That accident thankfully didn’t damage the hardware in my neck, but did cause a significant wrist injury. I reached out to Sadowski’s office and his assistant, Amanda helped me tremendously- I had never been in a car accident that serious before and Amanda gave me a list of what I needed to do, as well as transferred me to Northeast Premier (Sadowski’s personal injury practice). Just as with Primary Spine, every staff member I had contact with at Northeast Premier has been a positive experience. Sadowski sees me regularly to ensure I’m receiving the proper care. I’m not sure when he sleeps(he is always running to and from his multiple offices), or if he is super human (haha)… no matter how he is able to pull that off, he does- and he does it well!

These have to be the worst set of receptionist I’ve ever dealt with at the new park location and new Britain location. I’ve been given appointments and had them taken away from me the next day. I am better of giving myself physical therapy.

Paul pezzino and the staff are truly pleasant and professional on every level I highly recommend them.
