I have used Dr. Ryan & Dr. Shaw. They are both amazing. I love my Dr's. Don't want to use anyone else. I always get my questions answered in terms I can understand. Not one complaint, at all..

They have always been courteous and considerate to me last year when I had right knee replacement done at St Vincent’s in B’ham and I am using them again now for left knee replacement. They are encouraging and friendly! I would recommend them to anyone. And I have never had to wait long at all to be called back for my rehab.
Their phys. therapy team is the absolute best; Very caring, calm and confident with their patients.
I love Dr. Shaw and his staff. Always takes time with me and not only listens but hears my concerns.
Very convenient even though I'm in Hokes Bluff. The staff is always kind & smiling. We spend very little time in the waiting areas. They're very efficient. My whole family goes to NEO for various reasons. My Dad is 76 with 2 torn rotator cuffs. Dr. Shaw treats him with such dignity & is super careful & thorough! Dad has comorbidities that have to be monitored & Dr. Shaw leaves no stone unturned! Dr. Douthit is mine & my husband's orthopedic surgeon. At 40yrs old, my husband had a total hip replacement by Douthit & it went great! 1 1/2 wks ago, my husband had a right knee repair (Douthit), and I'm to have a left rotator cuff repair in the next few months. Needless to say, but we trust NEO implicitly! So, I'd recommend NorthEast Orthopedics with no hesitation!!
Dr.Shaw Is AWESOME!!! I have had 3 surgeries , Not because I wanted then lol 2 Triger Finger Surgeries and A Knee Surgery , They always say We want you see this doctor, I'm like I Got A Guy 👍😁 , Wouldn't Trust Anyone Else!!!
Great place! Doctors are very caring, and the physical therapy staff is wonderful. Never any waiting, excellent equipment and knowledgeable staff of physical therapists. Convenient location, easy parking, modern new facility.
Dr Kelly just removed 2 screws from my left leg. I give him 6 stars. They have done 3 other procedures on my wife and I. Great Doctors.
