Northeast Orthopedics & Physical Therapy

I needed an evaluation and paper work filled out for my disability company. I called Ft Payne Northeast Orthopedics and told the person IN DETAIL what I needed. They said I would have to see their Dr first. The visit cost $300.00. I went to the appointment, paid the 300.00 and at the end I mentioned the disability.paperwork again. I was then told they DO NOT fill out any type of disability papers. 300.00 down the drain. I'd rather crawl naked in the deepest pits of hell as to have to go back to them. What a rip off

Other than long wait times they're good at what they do.
