We sat in the waiting area for an hour and a half before being taken to room. The Dr was ok; receptionist… meh. Everyone’s time is valuable, for a medical staff to discount that of their patients is exceedingly rude.

I have been a patient of Dr Wilsons for 3 years now. He is a fantastic Dr. Great listener, great at explaining things and very caring. I have had some rude people answer the phone. Not that I’m excusing them for it but they are a very busy office and handle many doctors and patients

Dr. Stewart is overly aggressive and rude toward obese people. He is a fat shamer. I would recommend Dr. Douthit and Dr. Ryan, I have had good experiences with both.

Called Gadsden to make an appointment and the woman that answered was very rude. She didn't listen to me, just told me I was supposed to call someone else. I called who I was told to call by the ER doctor.
