Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy

When I came in I had pain in my neck and shoulders. After doing deep massage and heat therapy my pain in my shoulders and neck started to go away. We advanced to some stretches and bands and there is no pain at all. Northeast Nebraska physical therapy did a great job and they are awesome people to work with. I would recommend them to anybody thank you for making me feel 100% better

I am very thankful to Phil, Ashley, Kaitlyn, and all the friendly staff at Northeast Physical Therapy. It was a great experience for me. When I first started my therapy I was having much pain in my shoulder. It was disrupting my sleep, and I had difficulty with everyday task. Now my pain is gone, and I am back to normal daily activities. I highly recommend this friendly, professional staff.

I first contacted Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy in Norfolk due to some problems I was having with my knee. Years ago, I suffered a pretty severe knee injury when I dislocated my knee playing football at UNK. Fast forward almost 30 years that knee had become troublesome-stiff, sore, and painfull to squat down, kneel down, golf or exercise at all. Here I am thinking my knee is shot, time for a replacement. NNPT worked with me for about 6 weeks, 3 times a week to strengthen my knee to the point that we can wait till later in life for that knee replacement, and hopefully with the help and exercises they gave me to perform at home, I won't ever have to have knee replaced. My strength is better, I can squat and kneel down with less pain and get up and down stairs a lot easier also. Am I 100% pain free?? No, but I am on the right track and way better than when I first came in. If you have injuries or aches and pains I highly recommend you try/contact NNPT and see how they can help you manage these and get yourself back to living a better life. The staff is awesome! Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy always has been and always will be my go to place. They are the BEST!!! I broke my ankle 12/12/2022. I had a plate and screws put in that day. About 3 weeks later I had infection, had to have the hardware removed because my body rejected it and had to be non-weight bearing for about 5 months. Going to PT, they taught me how to walk again, I learned to do steps, bending, sitting and every other normal activity that I couldn't do. They were so patient and understanding when I got frustrated. Now I'm graduating 🎓 from PT and I'm about 90 to 95% back to being able to do all the things I couldn't do while recovering from my broken ankle. They are "THE BEST!!" Thank you Phil, Ashley, Katie, Annika, Dawson and of course Lindsey. 😂 If needed, I'll be back.

Came in with a back injury that was just getting worse. Stopped in an asked for help, without hesitation they jumped in. After few months of therapy and strategic exercises my back is feeling really great. I can walk and move without sharp pains and pinch points.

I started to go to Nebraska Physical Therapy in Norfolk, Nebraska because my shoulder was hurting. After 2 days I started feeling better. It was the best treatment I had ever gotten before. I went to Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy with shoulder pain. I couldn't sleep on my side nor do many of my day to day activities. Ashley got me back in shape! I highly recommend Northeast Nebraska Physical Therapy!

I enjoyed my time at physical therapy at northeast physically therapy. My PTA was fun to work with my PT cared for me.
