Northbrook Hand Therapy Inc

I have been coming to Northbrook for 3 months. I would give a 10-star rating if that were possible. Every staff member is kind and knowledgeable. They listen to and address your concerns. They communicate regularly with your doctor to ensure that you make progress. They comfort you and provide positive assurance when you become frustrated because you think the progress is too slow. Mary Kaye and Sara thank you for all you have done for me.

Never got to see the therapist!!!! I was first sent to an address in Broomfield (by my referring physician, so not this office's fault) when there was no one to be found and seeing someone else's name on the door I tried calling but got NO answer. Since no one answered and they couldn't give me an address I googled the business name/therapist name and got a different address, I promptly went to this address, but then found a "note" on the door saying they had moved with a new address listed, I tried calling again and still got NO answer. Now, I am late for my appointment and headed to the third location of the day. While driving they finally called me because "I had missed my appointment" well no kidding ... I've been on a wild goose chase trying to get to my appointment for almost an hour and a half. When I explained that I had called several times to get their location, I was told they were in a meeting and couldn't answer the phone. Well then I guess this explains why I'm not there, I've been running around and can't get any help from your office. Due to no fault of my own, I was obviously late for my appointment. They wouldn't see me and wanted me to reschedule for later that day or another day. When I didn't want to reschedule the receptionist hung up on me. Well,​ I am sure you can imagine I would not be going to this office EVER! Note: the address on Fox you see above is NOT the correct address, you can see my frustration

Everyone working here is fantastic. I was a mess when I started hand therapy, and I thought if I can't use my hand what is therapy for? The staff here taught me about the importance of scar message, and literally held my hand (while messaging the healing tendon on my thumb) throughout my recovery. I had surgery two and a half months ago, and I'm typing this with two hands. That means the world to me. Thanks to everyone working at Northbrook.

After researching multiple platforms for over 30 minutes, can’t find a single working number for this “business”. They don’t even have a website...

Been here twice and its a great place friendly staff will definitely refer everyone I know.

Very friendly and professional staff. Through and explained everything well. Would highly recommend.
