NorthBay Health Rehabilitation - Vacaville

I was disappointed by the lack of care that I received from NorthBay Physical Therapy. I went before my MRI results revealed the cause of the issues I've had, but described the problem in detail. The person “treating” me performed a basic assessment and said that he would follow up in about a week or 2. Thankfully I had an appointment with Body in Balance PT. The PT asked questions about what I had been experiencing and noticed the way I favored one side of my body caused more problems. She immediately developed a plan for me to strengthen the weak areas. She massaged the affected areas and gave me exercises to do at the facility and at home. I felt a difference after the first visit. NorthBay needs to do better. I was told that I was fine when I wasn’t and to come back when it's worsened.
