The counter staff is nasty and unhelpful and the doctors run so far behind EVERY DAY that they've put up a whiteboard to let you know how many hours past your scheduled appt time you'll be waiting. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I've had a good experience over the time I've been going Ashley in reception is always friendly and helpful. And all of the physical therapists are motivating and kind. Thank you to both Paul's in the office!

Calling the place is just downright horrible, even if it were urgent you’d have to wait almost an hour for them to even answer, or go down there yourself just to make an appointment of some sort. Waited almost 30 to 40 minutes and still no answer.

Worst experience ive ever had. I just had ankle surgery and the doctor has been rude and disrespectful so i stopped going. Out of everyone in the world it should be him who understands what im going through. Ill never go there again or bring any of my kids to that establishment. I cant believe doctors can treat their patients like this.

I'm reading these reviews and am confused. I've had nothing but positive experiences when I come here, and I'm thankful for Dr. Birkbeck. Will definitely recommend this office to all my family and friends if they need orthopedic services.

You pay a fee for them to see you.. they never mention that it’s a “deposit” then you get another bogus charge a few weeks later for orthopedic surgery. I think I waited more in the waiting room then what the doctor actually did to check me…

I have received nothing but excellent service from the whole staff,Doctors and therapists. I would strongly recommend this place.

Saw the doctor at 11 for my sprained back. As of 5PM when they closed my pharmacy still hasn’t received the Rx. Shameful. Guess it’s another sleepless painful night for me.
