Whether you call in for questions or walk-in for an appointment, everyone is very patient and thorough. Exemplary customer service from both the front desk and the clinical team.

Edit: I'm at the clinic itself and the staff are very HELPFUL and CONSIDERATE. Whole new vibe once you're inside the clean facility. Just don't call em cause I spoke with LYDIA and she was abrasive, hostile, and very short on the phone. If she could've mustered an OUNCE of humanity, I wouldn't be writing this. I was trying to see if there was availability to schedule an appointment due to the fact that I have to drive OVER AN HOUR to get to this testing site with Multiple Sclerosis. I am not ready for a day of unplanned difficulties. I really wish BAC had other testing options cause this is horrendous customer service!!!

Basing this call of off the brief phone call I had today 7/6/2022 at around 12pm. Lady who had picked up the phone had the worst attitude. She was talking to me like if I knew how the whole process was supposed to work and cut me off when I asked if the information I was trying to give her was correct. I work in customer service and I understand dealing with work or people can become stressful. I hope a supervisor or the lady I had spoken to about getting a drug test appointment done is reading this.. I hope your attitude and your customer service skills get better.. AND I hope your day gets better too.

I saw Dr James Saddora as a walk in, office was quite busy and he was the only Doctor on duty. When I got placed in my room and he came in he apologized for my wait. Even though there were 6 patients ahead of me I waited just under an hour. He was so kind and actually listened to me, he was very thorough and straightforward about the work comp process. I'm kind of sad my next follow up won't be with him since he will be on a much deserved vacation. If I could choose him to be my primary provider, if I didn't have one already, I would've in a heartbeat after that visit! Thank you to the front desk lady, the female nurse, and the radiology guy who's names I unfortunately don't remember, they were all so patient and kind as well. Spent just under 3 hours there all together, great visit pleasant experience!

Very rude/poor customer service!!! From the minute I called, the girl was rude off the bat ! Once I arrived, she had the same attitude & told me it would be and 1 wait: I was there for 2 hours !!!! Until I was called back !!! People who cAme after me where called before me ! When I asked her when was my turn (1.5hiurs in) she said “you’re next, thank you for your patience “ I didn’t reply and she murmured under her breath “or not” tell me that is not rude !!!!! I would have definitely gotten up and left but needed to get my drug screen for new employer done so I stuck it through. But I hope karma gets her back !!!

Had the pleasure of seeing Dr. James Saddora after I had a fall at work. He listened well, was sympathetic to my injury and worked well with me to find a solution to help me feel better, he even walked us out the door. It is hard to find compassionate Doctors this day and age that I feel really care, I give him 5 Stars and definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a Great Doctor

I just called the Drug and Testing Screening place to ask a question and the lady who answered has zero customer service skills. Sighed when I asked her a question, didn’t know the answer and then when I said thank you (still being polite) her response uh huh and hangs up. I hope you see this because girl you need to chill. Don’t be mad because I asked a question pertaining to your job that you get paid for. I’m looking for a place to take my business to but After that I won’t be using them for my employees drug screenings.
