Dr. Brennan is an exceptional doctor and truly the best I’ve ever had. She is thorough, kind, and always makes me feel comfortable and genuinely heard. She listens carefully, addresses all my concerns, and ensures that my needs are fully met. Every visit with her is a positive experience, and I’m so grateful to have a doctor who cares so deeply about her patients. Highly recommend!

Worst front desk receptionist ever @ North Bay Occupational Health in Fairfield. (2470 Hillborn, once you enter the building, they are in the suite to the left) She was rude & had the most condescending attitude. She needs to learn how to be approachable and friendly if she is working the front desk. Her attitude immediately switched when an officer came to check in with her. After I check in, I see her laugh with her co-worker and say, “whatever”. Please hire better front desk receptionist who have excellent customer service skills. It seems that this one is definitely not fit for this kind of position and work place. This is not my first time I’ve had to deal with her eye rolling, snobby attitude. She also needs better phone etiquette... The way she speaks on the phone & make phone calls out to patients.. unbelievable. I am surprised she is still hired with this company. She makes this medical office have a bad reputation & I would never recommend anyone to visit this office

We really got so tired of this place most of their staff are disrespectful Gary Hollinger, PA-C so unprofessional made us waited almost 45 min for him to come to the room and when he came he opened the door like he’s Attacking, makes me jump of the chair our last visit with him he allowed me to speak for my mom and explain for him what she needs but At this visit he was like are you translating for her or asking her (speaking with me like I am a little kid) !!!!! How come last time u allowed me to speak with you instead of her and you were completely fine but now because you Obviously look like you have a bad mood you try to give us a hard time??? been coming here for almost 10months and my moms wrist getting just worse and worse my mom needs attention she really want to go back to work but this place doesn’t help her to Improve

its a nice location, i had no problems with any one their or at the front desk. everyone was super friendly plus i got in with no appointment.. everyone was doing their job in a productive manner so i didnt have any long waits. i was in and out in about an hour with maybe 20 minutes of waits throughout all the process that i had to do.. also the building is very easy to navigate. just know which suite you're going to. big numbers on every door they are hard to miss.

I went to this occupational clinic because I fell off a tractor trailer while at work hurting my left side of head, shoulder and left hip. After 2 visits and no treatment the Dr said you can go back to work full time. It's a little insulting when your told to put your hands up and then put your hands behind your back and then your ok and come back in 3wks. I do have to say, the receptionists and attendants were nice and pleasant.

I suffered an accident at work and was referred to this site. Gary Hollinger, PA-C has been the one in charge of my case and today I had the worse experience ever! Hollinger created a referral so I could get an MRI done and after weeks of calling the company in charge of the approval, I finally got it scheduled yesterday (12/01/20). Today during my follow up, he asks me about my MRI and stated he couldn't do anything as the MRI was not completed and no changes or improvements on my lesions. He gives me another follow up within 3 weeks and when I walk out with my new work status order, I realized he had modified and removed most of my restriction, I immediately asked the front desk lady if I could see him and he walks to the door and I ask why were my restrictions modified and removed and he stated he had received a letter from my employer requesting those actions, I said " so you're making these changes because of that request and not because of my medical condition? he said "what condition" me: "the one you have been seen me for" again he said he couldn't do anything for me because of that letter/request he got from my employer, at this time I was very disappointed as I realized he did not care for my well been and health, I asked him for a copy of the request from my employer and he said I could ask my adjuster for it. Can someone explain how does this happen? How can I trust a "doctor" with my health with this type of behavior or professionalism? is this the way an occupational health doctor work, by what the employers ask or say to do? What a disappointment NorthBay :( Update: 12/17/2020 @1:54pm I called the number mentioned in the response several times and left messages and I've had no response to any of them, clearly no interest and all they want is to clean an "image" at least that is how I feel with their no show interest.

Got me in fairly quick in comparison to other hospitals. Very friendly staff, they make you feel welcomed and at ease. They gave me the care I needed.

The unknowledgeable staff, that can not function on any level of professionalism whatsoever, is the worst health care team I have experienced. They will give you an answer with no knowledge or understanding. Their front office is as bad as the medical staff. You need an answer from them, please expect a six hour window to get back to you. Be informed though that is six hours if you call them, not for when they will call you back. Need to use Occupational Health? DO NOT use Northbay Occupational Health it will cause you nothing but head aches.
