I have had 3 hospital stays here one last year and two within the last 6 weeks. Most recently a couple days ago. My stays are always 5-7 days. I have been with NB since 2023 coming from Big medical facilities in TX I was concerned what kind of care I would get here. Well my stays although have had a few bumps but my care has been stellar. The nurses, the hospital Doctors, my specialists, even the nutrition staff. All kind and great! I know everyone has different experiences but mine by God’s grace has been good. It’s tough being sick and having ti go through the challenges but to know you are cared for well takes a lot off of you.

I want to thank all the nurses that took care of me and my baby when I was delivering. Thank you to Cassidy, Irene, and Sheila. There were so many more nurses that helped me out but those are the only ones I can remember. I delivered on 10/29/2024.

We were on the way home from the SF airport when suddenly my mother became violently ill. We had to call an ambulance on the side of the road and they took her Northbay ER. I would give 100 stars if I could. Security, Radiology, nurses, staff and especially Dr. Mohebbi. He was the kindest, most caring ER DR I’ve ever met. If we didn’t live two hours away, this ER would be first choice for my family.

I was treated in the ER earlier this year but unfortunately didn't write a review but after reading all these reviews I want to now write mine. My experience was horrible from the get-go. I had fallen and severely injured my back. After a long wait I had a test which then I waited for another hour to find the result. Turns out they had taken the wrong test. After another hour I was sent to the discharge department without ever even talking to a doctor. After asking if I shouldn't be given a brace, they told me that they don't do that anymore and that I should be better within a few days. I had a follow-up with my doctor 2 days later and she could hardly believe that they hadn't called her. I was immediately given a brace and told to wear it for a month. It was huge and uncomfortable but it did help. This ER seriously needs to be overhauled!!!

Horrible emergency room care. My daughter goes in there after falling off a motorcycle at 60 me an hour has road rash all over her body they don't even change her dressing or give her new dressing or cleans her wounds. They did give her all the x-rays to make sure she wasn't internally bleeding or anything but did nothing for her wound care and sent her home like that. SMH. I live 2 hours away and had to drive over there the next day to give her proper wound care. This is ridiculous and I cannot believe they let her leave that way. Shame on them. Shame.

I had a disappointing experience at this hospital during my daughter's birth and delivery. The staff lacked empathy and were unprofessional, making the experience traumatic. However, the CNA who helped me clean up showed compassion and care.

I had a bad experience there in the emergency room.. My daughter fell and fracture her hand and they took 5 hours to give her medication.. And I myself admitted to due to a pain in my stomach they took altogether 9 hours to show me for a doctor and we both waited on the bed without even a blanket and water to drink.. They are very slow.. And doctors are so not friendly they just ignoring us to see most emergency patients.. I can understand that we also went for an emergency so they should be able to come and see us too right?. They are just don't explain much about the illness and they talked to us very rude manner.. Some nurses are good to us.. But from the doctors sides they should be more friendly when they are talking to patients... Soo we are so disappointed about they are service and the behaviours...

Experienced similar exorbitant pricing as other patients for a trip to the ER. When called to dispute the billing department said that they were upfront about pricing and directed me to a cryptic excel file buried on their website. I will probably get a automated reply about resolving my case directly. You already had your chance. Despite multiple calls to the billing department, I still needed to pay a substantially out of pocket after insurance had covered a huge portion as well. I have never had this happen at any other hospital. Never again.
