This place is going down hill. I have been going to this location since they expanded on both sides of the building that there in. It was really nice in the beginning I dont remember if it was 2018 or 2019 when NVTP first opened. the therapist's loved their job. The therapist's had a bond with the children also. It seems that NVTP just get who ever now and then they leave and you have to do a intake evaluation everytime because NVTP always seem to lose the paperwork when how do you lose that when everything is electronic. I don't recommend this place. We use to sign in when we got there now we have to sign in when we leave. That doesn't make sense. NVTP changed so much. You can't be 5 mins late because NVTP will cancel you're appointment and you will be charged a 50 late fee. My daughter is supposed to have a hour of speech but they are so cheap they will only give her 30mins. My daughter has learned alot more at school then here. When it comes to speech and that is sad. Before she learned alot more here but like I said everything has changed. You have lost alot of good people and hopefully you guys learn from you're mistakes. I don't know if it was greed or what but I know NVPT Inherited alot of clients when head to toes got shut down and that's why they expanded.

It is with a heavy heart that I am here changing my 5 star review to a 1 star. NVPT WAS a 5 star company, until they were bought out by Inspire Horizons. Staff was treated well (you can tell because staff gives off way more when they love their job), so they treated their clients even better. Families were happy, supported, and felt at home. The takeover is the worst thing that could have ever happened to such a close knit, well run company. Since March, they’ve lost 15-20 (+) amazing therapists (including letting go of the BCBA that started up ABA with NVPT). Don’t bother checking the website, it’s not up to date, and most of that staff no longer works there. In addition, the pictures throughout the buildings are also staff members who have been gone 2+ months. Even the new Inspire Horizons site has photos of old staff (very misleading and inappropriate). When confronted, the office manager blamed the therapists and said how they couldn’t “stick it out”. If you know anything about corporate America, it wasn’t hard to figure out the company got money hungry. They took short cuts, changed things up, staff was overworked, underpaid, had lack of support, etc. The new director of ABA through Inspire Horizons has been posting online about openings and said she was going to reach out to all ABA families back in June (never heard from her). This week I decided I had enough and was pulling my son due to the instabilities within the company. She addressed my concerns by stating, “I understand that the changes can be difficult to adapt to when sudden and unpredictable.” She also said that it was her “priority to improve staffing and decrease turnover” yet they lost 4 people that I know of at DV clinic this week alone. In addition she stated, that their CEO is “a clinician with over 26 years of experience in the autism therapy space“. If that’s the case you’d think she’d understand the importance of consistency for children with special needs. You’d think she’d make it a priority to have well trained staff (rather than staff who have nonverbal kiddos and the speech therapist doesn’t have AAC experience), you’d think it’d be proirity to have staff in general, but especially ones who already have bonds with the company’s numerous clients. Below is the photo of the letter that was put on the door and window for parents. No communication other than that. The company could have been honest, transparent, and upfront and they would have received more respect and less conflict. Instead they’ve been secretive, shady, disrespectful, with horrible communication and even worse business practices. I could write a whole lot more but I’ll leave you with this. If you would have asked me where I recommend your child to get OT, speech, PT, feeding therapy or ABA a year ago, I would have recommended NVPT in a heartbeat. I was one of their biggest fans. Now, I’ll never recommend them again. To the therapists that we had that left (from 2020-2024), I don’t blame you. We will always love you. Thanks for making my children feel safe, loved, cared for and at home. I hope you’re happier & valued where you’re at now.

I am one of the therapists.that has left this establishment. I have not been there since April and it is now November and my photo and name is still listed as staff. I have emailed once and called three times to have myself removed. I have been told I will receive a phone call about this and I have not. I do not like my name and image being used without my permission. I believe this is false advertising and it is unfair to my current employer for me to be shown working where I do not. I have been working on this removal for months and do not know any other way to try to get this resolved.

Do not bring your child here for speech therapy. They recommended my child for only 30 mins per week. Usually therapist are 5 mins late and drop kids 5 mins early to explain about the class. My kid has regressed after going here and they do not care about if kid is making any progress. They are only open like 4 days and only open half days on friday. Good luck getting consistent schedule here. It is sweatshop factory of therapist.

My sons have been going to this office for a few months now. They have both been seeing Mr. Greg and he has been amazing. I was worried going through this process because it was all so new and a little scary but from the front office to the therapists it has been the absolute best experience. Mr. Greg has been a blessing to our family. My kiddos can have a hard time with strangers but Mr. Greg was able to build an amazing bond with them in a short period of time making them feel comfortable and cared about. Not only was he there to help and support my kids he was a wealth of information for my husband and myself, walking us through what they do during sessions and most importantly why and what that activity is targeting in their journey. On top of that all the information and tools he has ready for us to continue working with my kiddos at home. I will forever be grateful for the help and support and knowledge I have been given and am excited to see my kids grow and learn some more

My daughter has been attending North Valley Pediatric Therapy at their Anthem location for almost a year. We have seen such significant improvements with her speech, and could not be more grateful for her team. We recently added OT services, and it's like she is a different person, for the better. The front office staff is amazing and Miss Gail is always so welcoming when we arrive. She knows each child by name, and you can just feel how much they care about your child here. Highly recommend!

NVPT has been great! My daughter has been attending Feeding Therapy here since the beginning of January, and we’re already seeing improvements. Mr. Greg has done such a great job at creating a safe, fun environment for my daughter - she is so excited to come and see him every week. Because of him, she is willing to explore and try things she never would before. He and the rest of the staff at NVPT have been nothing but supportive and loving towards my daughter. So happy to have found this place!

We love NVPT! Two of my kids go here (for speech and OT) and they both enjoy going to their sessions each week. ALL of the therapists there are super friendly and helpful and make the kids feel excited about being there. My kids have shown lots of progress/improvement since going here too. The front office staff is also very friendly and they’re always helpful about getting us on the schedules. I am so glad to have found such a wonderful place!!
