North Shore Pediatric Therapy - ABA Therapy for Autism Lincolnwood

I cannot say enough nice things about the staff! My son worked with Khadija as his ABA therapist and is finishing up this week with his OT, Sabrina. They were really instrumental in helping us navigate a new diagnosis. Both were so easy to approach with questions. From Leeann at the front desk to the RBTs (Alex, Rabbia, Molly, and many others), we always felt so welcomed. It seems like the staff genuinely enjoy their jobs, consistently offering feedback and suggestions on how to help my son. The only downside, is the billing system. We’ve been double charged copays and charged when we reached our out of pocket max. Simone, the revenue manager, was really helpful and has tried her best to assist. I know there are more departments involved in the billing process than just hers and certain things are out of her control. I really appreciate her efforts. I’m still giving 5 stars though because the people are extremely nice.

We have been working with the amazing team at NSPT for many years. They have been essential in understanding and supporting our child. I recommend their services to anyone looking for their specific type of support.

My son attends speech therapy with Rachel Beletti (and her student Angela) and they are both fantastic. In just a few weeks my son has made progress in his expressive language and is much more "chatty" at both home and daycare. Rachel is really taking the time to teach me how to follow through at home and is extremely knowledgeable and confident in the field. I received a thorough report within 2 weeks of his initial evaluation and she even emails me additional material to help throughout the week. NSPT is a fantastic organization and I feel lucky to be able to send my child there for the help he needs.

This is by far the best thing that has happened to our family since our son was diagnosed with ASD. The staff at this location always goes beyond what is expected to make us feel welcome. The administrative staff is helpful with any questions we might have in regards to scheduling and other things such as insurance and billing. The therapists that have and are currently working with my son are great with him and with us. They have helped us tremendously in the growth of our son and in the positive way of teaching our son at home. I am thankful to have found this therapy group and more thankful that they have opened an office that is more convenient from our home.

We love the staff every time we walk in we are greeted with great big smiles. We have twin boys so we see 2 different therapists and they both are great! Lindsey and Sabrina do so well with our boys in OT. After each session they come give me a little feedback about how each one did and what they did well on and need improvements on. Also both therapists are able to see our boys at the same time which for twins is a must. We are very happy with their progress and recommend NSPT to anyone in need.

The services provided at North Shore Pediatric Therapy are second-to-none. My daughter enjoys her every visit. I'm very satisfied with each and every individual working with my daughter and as a result, there are major and vast improvements in her behavior and her speech especially in these past 6 months. The entire staff including those who aren't my daughter's therapist know her very well just by her very presence. A job well done and I truly recommend parents who have children with autism (whether low-end spectrum like my daughter or otherwise) I sincerely recommend N.S.P.T. hands down! The best in the business and I'm truly thankful for their caring services. Thank you!

We really like this place. They are very professional and friendly. It could be a little overwhelming going through all this “having your child evaluated” but they make you and your child feel very comfortable and not overwhelmed! They are very clear and detailed with their feedback. They have several locations and at first I thought that was kinda inconvenient to have to go to different locations, but when one location doesn’t have an opening available you can always go to another location. When you email they they get back to you in a very timely manner. My son (almost 7) sees Sabrina. The first time he met her he came out happy, smiling, and playful. He seemed so comfortable with her.

We have had a wonderful experience at North Shore Pediatric Therapy. The therapists are all bright, caring and work so well with the children. The office is run to perfection with a clean, safe and inviting family waiting room and friendly receptionist. All of our sessions have been on time both starting and ending. The communication between the therapists and their patients family is fluid, making you feel like true partners in your child's care.
