North Park Post-Acute

As a recent patient here, I am highly satisfied with the level of care and rehabilitation I received to literally get me back on my feet. Having been a young adult in a facility with primarily "baby boomers," I felt comfortable, safe, and welcomed. The staff was nice, fun and full of energy. NP is in the process of remodeling rooms, which I'm sure will look great once they're all finished. My favorite part of the stay was being able to roam or "roll" around in my wheelchair and visit the aquarium or go outside to the large patio area. I recommend North Park to anyone needing acute rehab in the Tracy area. 😀

My experience at North Park is excellent. They provide 24 hour care for my mom. The facility is always clean, and the floor staff is always providing the care she needs. I am here daily, and have not encountered any issues and highly recommend this facility. We love and appreciate North Park.

Our family cannot say enough about the amazing care and professionalism we received for both our dad and mom while at North Park, Tracy. North Park staff are the people who take their jobs to a different level and aren’t there just to do their jobs and go home. These people invest time and support to their patients as if they are family. We came in scared and nervous not knowing what to expect for our parents as they were admitted for short term therapy. We left with the tools, confidence and knowledge to help them continue their recovery at home. The physical and occupational therapy staff go so far beyond anything we could have asked for. The nurses and CNAs were caring, kind and helpful and diligent in their care for my parents. There are too many to thank individually even though I really want to list names, but even those on the operations side of the facility were so wonderful. All these words can hardly express how thankful we are for loving on our parents, thank you so much.

Words from my father in law: I recently had rehab in a facility for the first time in 70 years. My experience at North Park rehab facility in Tracy was the right choice for me. Starting With their friendly and courteous front counter personnel to their professional staff and to mention their excellent Therapy departments. While I was there my room the facility was kept clean thank's to the maintenance staff. I was well taken care by the nurses and my medication was always giving on time. They really made me feel like family while I was there. I made a lot of new friends including patients. The therapy department did an excellent job that I got released before my discharge date thanks to them and their excellent staff. They have an excellent activity coordinator that made my stay while I was there very enjoyable . If and when I do have my knee surgery I hope they will have room for me to do rehab.Thank you all for excellent job and care. Sincerely, Javier Gonzalez

We appreciate all the care that North Park has provided for my sister in law. The nurses and CNAs are amazing, and very attentive to the patients and residents. The facility is very clean and nice. All the office staff are super helpful, and the food is great. We love it here. THANK YOU NORTH PARK!!

My mom has been at North Park for 6 months and I can't begin to tell you how much I am grateful for the staff the cleanliness the care that she receives at North Park. The Staff is very cordial. I mean from the business office to the activity staff to the social workers to the nurses to the CNAs to the kitchen staff to the laundry to the receptionist. There is a spirit of warmth, care, acceptance, respect, concern, friendliness and professionalism. Oh, and I can't leave out janitorial and technician. They work as a team. I've seen them cover for one another when they're short staffed. Are they perfect, of course not. But to work with the spirit of excellence is five star service and willing to rectify anything brought to their attention to family's satisfaction speaks paramount and says something about leadership. What a TEAM!!!

My mom has been at north park post acute past few months . The staff has been kind, loving and caring and we are very thankful and can’t express our gratitude in a few words! The facility is clean and well maintained.

Pinkie, has been an amazing resource and support while we have had my FIL at the facility. Words, can not express how appreciative we are. During the time that he has been at the facility. She has been very communicative and does an amazing job in explaining things. Don’t know what we would have done without her at the facility. Most important, the staff has taken good care of my FIL.
