Worst Nursing home ever 0/10 do not recommend. Everytime I visited my mom she was sitting in her own poop. No one suctioned her trach , this place was just horrible.

I Have visited friends living there and the staff is always so help.During my last visit staff member June Perkins went above and beyond being helpful. Her positive attitude and pleasant smile seemed to make the residents I saw comfortable .

Worst Nursing Home I've ever had to work with! Why even take the patient to a doctor appointment if you know you're going to ignore the instructions and phone calls from the doctor's office and surgery center which just ends with the patients greatly needed surgery to be canceled??? If you care for your loved ones DON'T USE THIS PLACE!

Let me start by saying the customer service was the best I have received in a long time . The staff is very respectful and caring. Not only did they make me feel welcomed, they also answered any questions I had. Would high recommend to others .

We dropped off a patient today and were so impressed. The staff greeted him personally, welcomed him back, and helped make him comfortable on our arrival. The facility smelled clean and fresh. The patients were clean and obviously well cared for. Sadly, this isn’t the case in most nursing/rehab facilities we transfer patients to. This was truly a fantastic facility. If I ever need rehab, this is where I’m going.

What is going on with nursing facilities lately? I really like therapy staff, most other staff were untrained and rude and not knowledgeable at all of the patients they were taking care of. Baths not given on schedule, patient went in malnourished, yet they threw his tray in his room , no one over seeing that he ate, which he didn't . They wouldn't wake him letting him know the even brought his meal in.. I witnessed this personally almost every night! I visited there daily for 19 days straight. His bed hardly ever had a sheet on it. Towards his last few days. There was a huge misunderstanding , on their behalf on his departure, and he was never even given a list of his medicine or medicines still in his bottles, no paperwork with discharge instructions where never provided. When his medical team outside the facility called them out , they lied and said no one reached out to them to get his remaining medication and personal items, which was proven by medical staff and one special lady that is gonna be doing some investigating on some other complaints other patients families have been contacting her department about. I am so glad something told me to start keeping lodges and journals , and pictures of things that where discovered during his stay.. Nurses and aides become really loose with their tongues while in patients rooms not know when a visitor has slipped in and was using the restroom. You should have seen the look on their faces when I came out during the peak if a very distasteful, disgusting and disturbing conversation about a fellow co worker on the evening shift. I have been in and out of many facilities during my career, this has to be hands down, the worst!! I cant believe this place, could possibly pass a surprise inspection ,on the second shift especially, from the state! So glad to have my loved one out of there. He was supposed to stay for 100 days of therapy, he stayed 26, he would never have made it at that facility for their recommended time!

I love the way they share in this building with the employees and family the way that they take care of their patients it makes this place feel like home.
