An amazing staff of therapists. They always made me feel confident and motivated during this otherwise awful situation. A very caring group that all seem to enjoy what they do. Furthermore, they all seem to truly enjoy working with each other. The care, support, and motivation was second to none. Also, The therapists always treated my family with the utmost professionalism and compassion. They were made to feel welcome to participate every time they came to my therapies. The therapists answered a lot of question from my family. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart! Take care ya'll

My experience with this clinic has been horrendous. The doctor that I saw only once then handed off to his assistant basically said we will do what can to help with the pain but if nothing works I would just have to live it. Next I see his assistant, not good. Need to sign a drug contract, ok fine need, to bring in the pill bottle every month ok fine. She is talking about PT which I need to remind her I am on HHC and they can't do PT for backs at home need to be outpatient. I was very ill in March hospital stay home IV fusion antibiotics for 5-6 weeks had a surgical incision in my leg that was hot mess. Again very sick. Just started to be able to work some what normal hrs. Anyway I called the clinic today to let them know they needed to call my insurance company to have the Rx pre-certified. Gave them the direct number to precert. I get a message from the clinic telling me my rx is at Walgreens and that my insurance doesn't have it's own drugstores. Someone needs to explain to me how what I told them translated to I need to change drugstores..... I have been a patient at North for 40years. My kids were patients their kids were patients. In all that time I have never had any issues now it is all of the time. This also by the way includes my primary doctor. That's a whole nother complaint. If it wasn't for being so sick I would go elsewhere and tell everyone else that goes here to run. Again I am stuck as soon I can I will go elsewhere for pain treatment. Absolutely disgusted.
