Absolutely wonderful experience. The best anywhere, so compassionate and competent and encouraging. Every single staff person is Top Notch. They understand how to work with pain and take the whole person into account, honoring lifestyle, personal preferences, and generational factors… I would never go anywhere else for physical therapy. Luckily, at the moment working with Scott has resolved all of my issues and I am 100% mobile and pain-free. Highest recommendation for North Lake and Scott and all of his team.

I really enjoyed my physical therapy at North Lake. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. They made me feel like one of their 'family.' They all knew me and they all greeted me when I would show up for my appointments. Scott and the team were great and if I ever needed physical therapy again, I would definitely go to North Lake.

Absolutely incredible team of physical therapists! They have fixed up my back issues more than once, and gave me the tools to (hopefully) avoid coming in more frequently! Doug especially has been great, not only teaching exercises but also doing some much needed bodywork. One of the few places I've been to that also goes the extra mile and automatically gets pre-auths on your health insurance to make absolutely sure you won't get charged more than necessary. Highly recommend!!!

North Lake PT is by far the best physical therapy group I have ever worked with! The front office staff Imelda and Cameron are very helpful and you can usually tell the “culture” of a group by the quality of the first people you meet. They are terrific. The whole staff has a wonderful combination of accountability and encouragement which is very important when you are working on an issue that affects the quality of your life. Doug Sarver, who was my therapist, had a great response when I asked him why he loved what he does? He loves solving problems! The staff around him felt like family after my first few visits you can’t go wrong with Jimmy,Kae and Mikiya! Great grout, grest skills and better empathy.you can’t go wrong. Thanks Chad

North Lake Physical Therapy was great from start to finish. Identified the issue, created a plan, worked the plan and as a result my elbow was back in shape again. Great friendly staff as an added bonus.

I went to northlake PT 3 years ago following a partial knee replacement, and just finished another 3 months after a full knee replacement on my other knee. Both times I found the sessions to be extremely beneficial. I'm a retired PT myself, but doubt that I could have achieved the range of motion and strength that I now have without the supervised exercise sessions and especially the manual therapy I received mostly from Scott, who seemed to know just what my tolerance level was. The staff is friendly and the clinic runs smoothly helping to make the experience of having pain and limited mobility more heartening.

Incredible staff, who were friendly and welcoming from the moment you entered their facility. Doug Sarver developed a great plan for my recovery both at the clinic twice a week and for home therapy. With his guidance and encouragement, I was able to recover 5 weeks earlier than expected. I can't say enough great things about my PT, the staff or facility. I highly recommend North Lake PT for anyone wanting professional and personal care.

Great therapists here. Knowledgeable, personable, encouraging. I worked with Doug, after a knee replacement, who was great. But other therapists and support staff are all top notch also. I highly recommended North Lake Therapy.
