Loved this place and the experience that I had up until they called and cancelled my first appointment, stating they wouldn't allow the VA to pay for my therapy. Even said, you can pay out of pocket, but we won't accept payment from the VA. Kind of hard to wrap any sort of understanding around that. Last I checked, money was money. The source of a dollar still equates to the value of a dollar. You don't support veterans, I won't support you.

From my initial evaluation visit, I felt confident in the expertise and care I would find in this practice. Now after over a month and a half of pre-surgery PT and over a month of post-surgery PT, I am even more confident and grateful that I picked this practice. The DPT there are all very compassionate and competent; I have been working with Matt and he does just enough to remain challenging but also balanced in the workouts I receive. Physical therapy is not easy nor pain free but I honestly feel so much better and energetic on the days of my sessions. I love how attention is given to each and every patient without being rushed. Matt is very empathetic and honest about my course of treatment and what he tells me has almost always correlated with what my orthopedic surgeon….who, just to put it in perspective, has been recognized as one of US News & World Report’s Top Doctors with a special distinction listing him among the top 1% in the nation in his specialty….. has said or recommended. This practice is a hidden gem where you will see improvements and practical results. It’s definitely worth your time.

My Orthopedic surgeon referred North Fulton Physical Therapy for my shoulder pain. The front office person was courteous and gave me a convenient appointment. I found my therapist Marcee very capable, caring and professional, and gave me a set of take-home exercises to do for continued care.

Leslie has been a complete lifesaver for my shoulders!! I was dx with Calcific tendonitis & it’s been painful. I’ve been to see Leslie 4 or 5 times so far. She’s very professional, demonstrates & explains the exercises so well. She sends an email with all of the exercises. I have so much more mobility now than when I first started!! I’m so grateful for her & am glad a friend referred me to her.

I’m completing 12 weeks of successful PT at North Fulton under the great care of Matt Laudel. After arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus of my left knee, my PT goal was to be able to get back to pain-free running. 🤞 Matt listened well, and then knowledgeably prescribed an effective routine of strengthening and stretching to get me to where I want to be! 🏃🏻‍♂️ My surgeon, Dr DeFelice (also 5 ⭐️‘s!!) recommended North Fulton PT & Sports Medicine, and I’m very glad he did! Matt, Marci, and Dave are all highly experienced, caring practitioners who devote their full days to helping others — of all ages, injuries, and/or goals — to regain their lifestyles! We need more people like them! 👏👏👏 The Alpharetta facility is clean and well-equipped; plentiful, safe parking is free; and the supporting scheduling and billing functions are efficient and patient friendly, with most forms of insurance accepted. 👍💲👍 I highly recommend North Fulton Physical Therapy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you!

I am in my 2nd round of Physical Therapy at North Fulton Physical Therapy. I didn't hesitate to return. The therapists are very knowledgeable and professional. They are also fun to work with. All in all an excellent experience. As much as I like them. I hope to not need them again.

I have been to at least 4 different PT providers. Now that I have found North Fulton PT, I won’t be going anywhere else. Matt and Marcee are extremely knowledgeable and absolutely terrific to work with. You will see the physical therapists themselves, every time, not the interns some places offer! I had surgery on my left shoulder in December 2020 to fix a rotator cuff and labral tear. The surgery was performed by an orthopedic surgeon at Resurgens Orthopedics in the Johnscreek office. I chose Resurgens as my physical therapy provider because I assumed they were highly accountable to the surgeon and the group. Unfortunately, after six months of physical therapy, I developed frozen shoulder because the physical therapy team didn’t seem to care about me as a patient. Instead, their priority seemed to be churning out more patients to generate profits. I had a serious discussion with the surgeon, who recommended David Young very highly as the go-to guy if physical therapy recovery wasn’t going well. At his recommendation, I had almost a few months of physical therapy with David Young at North Fulton Physical Therapy and recovered completely! What I admire about this group of experts is that they really work hard towards your recovery with great attention to detail and don’t limit themselves to a certain amount of time like 45 minutes. Instead, they spend as much time as it takes to get the therapy done! My wife had physical therapy with them for a miniscule tear knee surgery and recovered well. Now I have scheduled a physical therapy session with Matt, their back and spine expert, at NFPT for my chronic back pain. NFPT is my go-to place for all my physical therapy needs!
