Dr. Coleman has operated on both my right thumb and my left thumb. If you get an appointment sometimes you might have to wait 30 to 45 minutes before you get taken back other days you get taken right back. Quality of care is great so it’s worth the wait.
Dr. Smith is straightforward is his approach and honest in his assessments. In diagnosing my knee problem, he could have made big money doing a knee replacement, but did not. He, instead, explained to me why a knee replacement might not be the best solution for me and proceeded to set me up with alternative remedies. I appreciated his genuine care for the patient and not just going for excessive procedures. I highly recommend him to anyone with bone or joint problems.
Doctor and nurse/first person you see awesome my knees get the help they need. Front desk looks a little under dressed and not happy to be there. Maybe an off day.
First time at new location. Parking was easy and a lot closer to their office. All his employee's are friendly and very helpful. Xray Technician couldn't be more helpful. Dr. Smith as always explained what procedure I was having and proceeded with the injections to my Knee. Checking out was quick, efficient and provided me a copy of my scheduled appointment. I wish all my other Doctor appointments were as smooth as this one.
Dr Brett Smith is excellently professional...His staff is rare....rating a 10 on a scale of 1-10....His exray specialist rated a 10. Sarah is way up there...infiniti!! I highly reccomend the Drs and Staff of Dr Brett Smith!!!!
This was my first encounter with Dr Riggs and the North Florida Bone & Joint Specialists. Everyone including Dr Riggs were extremely friendly and professional. Dr Riggs is very knowledgeable and thorough. I had a fracture in my foot that was discovered before I was headed out of town. They graciously worked me in the schedule to examine me before I left. Highly recommend North Florida Bone & Jone Specialists!
Professional , caring , exceed my expectations .The whole office staff is excellent and great specialist in their field. Dr.Smith and Sarah are a great team together!! I would recommend these specialists to any one who want a successful surgery!!
Dr. Brett has a great personality, is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. His staff is very friendly. I highly recommend them!
