This place is a load of garbage... I’ve been waiting on a prescription for days now and requested to get it refilled before running out of the medication. My so called “primary doctor” is currently in right now and still has yet to fill my prescription. I’m so sick of this place. I’m sick and having a really hard time breathing which is why I need my asthma medicine. It’s been 5 days for them to tell me I need to make an appointment to get it filled. If you’re genuinely in need of REAL treatment. DO NOT GO HERE. It’s a straight WASTE of time. If you have anyone close to you that you care about and actually want them to get a treatment they need, avoid this place at all costs. A lot of the people working here don’t care about your wellbeing or health, they just want the money.

Daughter has had an appointment set since June 21, day before the appointment, she received a text that it was cancelled with no explanation. She called and the receptionist was like oh, the Dr is sick. So rescheduled her for another date. Once again, day before the appointment it got cancelled for the same reason! Maybe this is a blessing in disguise to see a different doctor that isn’t always “sick”. And at least this time they called her to reschedule. Good thing it’s not a life threatening appointment! Time to go to a different facility.

Had my blood pressure checked in there just by walking in without reservation and got most heart warming treatment in few minutes. Doctor and the nurse had really good attitude how to treat patient in distress so that I could continue my US trip with my boys successfully. Greetings from Finland and best wishes - Pertti Käyhkö

I gave a 4 because I have a laboratory issue. My Dr appt was over at noon. I checked out and asked about having lab work done per Dr orders. Front desk pointed to lab door and told me to sign in. They didn't tell me that lab personnel went on lunch break from 1130am to 1pm. I waited for 5 min then left, crossing name off list and wrote a note saying g I would call for appt. (There was verbage on clipboard indicating appointments were taken. I called today and found out that lab doesn't take appointments and the lunch break hours. MY BEEF IS... no signs explaining things.

I love Dr Crumrin! (I am Robert's wife postabout myown. experience) She is so compassionate & very caring person & Dr.! She takes her time to really listen & care is so beyond extremely knowledgeable in so many areas of Healthcare! I think she is an excellent diagnotocian, as well! Her Staff is superb (Tuesday, her nurse) & the girls up front who answer the phones are always very nice, kind & caring! (especially Jordan!) There are a few more, but I can't remember their names at the moment! I Highly recommend North Country Healthcare! It may be hard sometimes to getam appt, but my Dr.will always find me a spot or do a Telehealth Visit over the phone, which is very helpful in saving time us alot of time in not having to drive almost 2 hrs ea way to be seen from Seligman, AZ. If we have to, it is definitely worth our time travel to travel there. My husband is also a patient there & always receives excellent care here, as well.

Good luck getting any prescriptions refilled. Ask waaaay in advance. there seems to be nobody in charge of this, They will blame the pharmacy and the pharmacy will blame them. The front desk actually blamed the fax machine. They also like to cancel appointments made weeks ago, right before the appointment. prepare to run out of medicine if you are depending on North country.

From the moment you enter it’s a great experience. I’ve never had to wait in line for more than one customer at a time. My Doctor makes me feel very comfortable, that I can tell her any symptoms I have. She thoroughly goes over my latest test results so I leave feeling fully informed.

Dr Crumrin takes time to hear me. She Research my concerns and gets back to me quickly. I feel completely understood with her in the nursing staff is incredibly sympathetic and understanding thank you for keeping regular doctors there I was tired of seeing different doctors every time I came in.
