North Country HealthCare - Round Valley/Springerville

We have a pleasant experience from the time I call in to the very last minute we leave. I trust the care of my family to North Country. Dr Rere and Martha are both so compassionate and very understanding and knowledgeable. Your treated like family here. My kids are treated so good. Every assistant is personable and kind. The front desk have always worked us in when they are fully booked. We're never turned away, and that's been amazing.

I visited North County Health Clinic with a possibly infected boil. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I saw Martha who quickly diagnosed me and ordered medication for me. NCHC has been my health care provider in Springerville for many years, and I have always been happy with my treatment.

I visited Dr Richins to update my scripts and discuss a prostate issue, he did a routine physical exam and said he suspected a heart murmur, Dr Richins set up a referral for EKG and it confirmed a Mitral Registration, he also setup a referral to a Urologist. He is one of the best physicians that has ever treated me. Thanks for having him on staff

On time appointments. No unnecessary wait time. Professional and knowledgeable. Dr. Richkins is very good in speaking to me on a level I can understand. Explains everything to expect during and follow up status.

Martha McGuffin is very thorough and very knowledgeable. I appreciate her concern for my health and her suggestions for changes in my lifestyle that can help me with my health. Very pleased with the care I receive.
