North Country HealthCare - Payson

I have been going to North Country for many years and have had nothing but excellent care and a great quality of treatment. From the Front Desk, the Office Personnel, the Lab, the Nurses, MAs, to the Providers, they are all very pleasant, kind, courteous, and professional. I now see Jonathan Tansill and am so happy he is in charge of my health needs. My questions are always addressed in a respectful manner and I trust him totally with my care. I am also grateful for Julia, his MA, as they make a great team - keep up the good work everyone!!

First time here and overall experience was good. Medical Assistant was very witty and respectful. The PA was great, he listened and we came up with a plan together. I appreciate the call back on lab results the next day that says a lot. Also received a letter in mail letting informing me on my referrals I’m very appreciative of the care I have received.

I just moved to Payson and I needed to find a new health provider since relocating from Phoenix. I came with some health issues that needed attention and I was fortunate to be assigned to Jonathan Tansill. Jonathan asked me questions about my health history and listened to my concerns. With his guidance I now have a plan for improvement. I’m so glad Jonathan is my health care provider. I felt very cared for.

I see Jacob Ramsey and I really like him. He is willing to discuss my health and treatment options. All of the staff there are friendly and helpful. They return calls promptly and show genuine care for their patients.

The doctor was so kind and listened to me and took time with me. He did not cut me off and talk over me, but was genuinely concerned and listened to what I had to say. He asked valid questions and overall it was a wonderful time even if it had to be at the doctors’ office

Dr Tansill is amazing! I enjoy seeing all the staff every time I have a visit. I'm so lucky to have found such an amazing team at Payson North country. Thank you guys for all that you do!

Wonderful front desk always willing to help Dr Tansill is great and very thorough. And your lab tech is always so friendly. You have an excellent staff. It’s a pleasure coming in to your office.

Can’t help but share this…. I had my first checkup with Dr. Jacob Ramsey at North Country HealthCare today. In addition to the fact that his smile is bigger than mine, Here’s a few things I learned: 1. First and foremost, he has the BEST bedside manner I’ve ever encountered in a medical professional. This alone is most important to me due to the fact that I’ve endured 7 surgeries in the last 7 years and tend to struggle with anxiety around doctors. 2. Although the new patient process is a bit strenuous, this clinic is doing a lot for the community. I received and education on the use of narcan and was given some to keep in our emergency kit. 3. Dr. Ramsey is a new resident here in town with a wife and a couple kids and so far LOVES Payson. This is obviously important to me! 4. Dr. Ramsey is new to this office, so making appointments with him may be easier now then with other providers in town. I personally don’t like book appointments 30 days out if I can help it. I was able to get seen within 10 days of calling! 5. The more our family tries to be mindful of keeping our money in Town, the more we are impressed at just what Payson has to offer! We love supporting local!
