I had an absolutely amazing experience here. My son had an ear infection which I was very worried about. The staff here took care of him right away and prescribed the appropriate medication for him that cleared his symptoms right up! I am so grateful for their professionalism and knowledge! I also want to thank the pharmacist who explained everything in detail and for getting the prescription ready so quickly!

I became suddenly sick while visiting Grand Canyon. The staff were professional, CARING, knowledgeable. Almost no wait time and a pharmacy on site . Dr Javadi made sure I knew how to follow up and what to do if my symptoms didn’t improve. Happy to report the treatments worked perfectly and I am on the mend. All the staff were friendly and kind. Probably the easiest healthcare visit I’ve ever had.

This business is very poorly run and a predatory practice. I would never recommend anyone going to them for medical care or otherwise. They will overcharge you and take advantage any chance they get. You should also expect 2 plus hour wait times at their Grand Canyon location for walk-ins/ ‘urgent’ care. I went in for a flu shot and was charged over $250 for “establishing care” what a racket! If you care about yourself or your loved ones, steer clear of these scam artists!

It’s very annoying to get sick while traveling so having a clinic inside the Grand Canyon Park is very convenient. 5 minutes driving from Mother’s Campsite. Staff is very friendly and efficient. Doctor made me feel cared for and I left the clinic with the medications I needed. I hope you don’t need but if you do I highly recommend North Country HeathCare.

Had a scheduled appointment for a DOT physical. I arrived early to check in/do paperwork… I was told that I canceled my appointment via text the day prior (I don’t have cell service/couldn't text and when I made the initial appointment, I told them my contact info was via email). The receptionists questioned me as if I was lying about NOT canceling my appointment. Finally they admitted they had made a mistake, but offered no apology - initially told me I had to make another appointment. After explaining that I really couldn’t afford to take additional time off work, they said they *maybe* would be able to fit me in at 2pm. I was asked again for my phone number 🤦‍♂️. After 45 minutes of waiting, I decided to cut my losses and leave. Very bad first and last experience (if I can help it).

We were visiting the US from abroad. They took my dad in a matter of minutes after we got there in August. Super nice and kind team. Medical check + urine test + blood work for $140!! Very very satisfied!

They are incredible! I have no words to describe how grateful I am to this team. Rarely I received such gently welcome in a hospital. And off course all the people here are qualified.

The wife and I were really ill and needed to see a Doctor. So we saw Dr. Dana Ger’s which she was phenomenal. She diagnosed us with attitude sickness along with a virus. She made us feel very comfortable and as if we known her for years. Thank you Dana! Additionally the entire staff was excellent!
