Front desk help was phenomenal & my Dr. made me feel supported & calm & she answered all my questions without feeling judged. I truly recommend going here. All staff & nurses, were a big help & didn’t make me feel uncomfortable or out of place. Thank you.

They will provide good care once you are in … but it took 5 weeks to get in at first. Will usually answer the phone, but not always. Doctors were usually good, but try to avoid student docs if possible.

I went for a medication that was freely given before for my allergies, but they refused to give it to me stating it's against their policy, then said the other location could do it for me in a few more months. Not helpful

They did their job but they weren’t very homey. No smiles at all, no comforting words, no small talk. I felt judged the whole time I was there which made me nervous just being there.

I am looking for a Healthcare provider that will stay with me for some time. I asked for that and got someone here on a temporary basis. How can I build a doctor patient relationship with some here for 3-6 months? This does not work for me. Doctor and staff are great but this constant changing is the guard is not good for anyone.

My experience was well over all thus my doctor told me she had bad news and the bad news was that I had high blood pressure,so I have to go back and check my blood pressure but over all it went great at my well woman exam. Thank you!

I have a lump in my breast that is leaking blood. I had a mammogram last year that showed a mass. I was ordered to get an contrast mri and I went and did this. Monte never submitted the papers to acchs so I owe money now for that appointment. I still haven’t gotten the biopsy done. Seriously messed my life up by not doing your job Monte…

Had a late afternoon appt. There was very little wait time in lobby and exam room. Dr. Armstrong was very professional and pleasant- I am very pleased regarding the high level of care I received.
