I cannot say enough good things about this office. I came in feeling like a hot mess with issues with back, neck and fibromyalgia. The care and help you receive by this team is next level. It was actually an enjoyable experience with how personable, patient, and empathetic this staff is. I highly recommend Deanna and Kira!!! They were creative and adaptive with thinking and helping me implement things that worked for me. I didn't feel like it was a one size fits all approach. Tiffany is also one of most pleasant and helpful office administrators I've ever encountered. She was an absolute rock star in helping me get appointments regularly that worked with my schedule. 10/10 for this physical therapy office.

I've been going to North Coast PT San Marcos on and off for various issues over the last couple of years. The staff and therapists are top notch. They listen to your needs, watch your body, and then respond with the appropriate PT plan. In fact, I finally have a plan I can do at home that I don't absolutely loathe. I think that's the reason I rapidly improved this time.

I have been to this incredible facility for multiple issues over the past 3 1/2 years. I want to recognize & commend: Tiffany, at the front desk for her vivacious, upbeat attitude and her patient & caring demeanor! Lauren, my therapist, who is doing wonders for my recovery with her excellent knowledge of knowing how to treat all my injuries and her faithfulness & support in explaining & giving me my many home exercises! After 77 active years, my knee pain had me hobbling with a cane and fearing my career was over. Dr Hadley at Scripps thought otherwise, and sent me NCPT. Kira put me thru the PT. My astonishment turned quickly to elation as the pain vanished and I resumed my relentless quest for senior softball shortstop superstar stature. Playing three times a week and no longer have the knee to blame for my failures. I cannot thank Kira and NCPT enough.

The physical therapy I receive at North Coast Physical Therapy is superb in every aspect, from Tiffany and Samantha in the front office who are very welcoming and helpful, along with two exceptional physical therapists Claire and Katie Foster who are highly skilled and appreciated beyond words. I highly recommend this amazing place.

Initially, I had been going to North Coast Physical Therapy for knee surgery. I visited with other physical therapy centers and then I chose NCPT because as a client, you are with the PTs 100% of the time. Most therapists have Doctorates in Physical Therapy (DPTs) and are very knowledgeable in multidisciplines ie: sports injuries and surgery rehabilitation, etc… The staff are very attentive to my background as a blind competitive cyclist. They create a very welcoming and supportive environment. They explain each rehab exercise with great detail to ensure I perform them in a safe and effective manner. I also have custom home PT exercises I do at home. The entire staff have made my physical rehabilitation possible for me to continue to compete as a blind stoker - since completing my PT rehabilitation I have raced in the IM 70.3 Oceanside and El Tour de Tucson 52 and 63 mile races, with excellent results. I highly recommend NCPT for your PT needs.

North Coast PT has always helped me restore mobility after major back surgery and 2 rotator cuff tears. The therapists are cheerful, perceptive, and skilled. Thank you Morgan, Kacey, Claire, and Katie.

I am very pleased by the professionalism and helpfulness of the therapists and staff. I have been making progress in my recovery from a difficult neurological problem that progressed from lower back pain to weaken my left leg. I owe my recovery so far to my work with the therapists and the exercises that they have prescribed. I recommend North Coast Physical Therapy at Lake San Marcos to anyone in need of physical therapy.
