North Coast Physical Therapy

Review for all mamas! I had my second baby 5 months ago with a repeat c section and knew I wanted to go to pelvic floor pt after birth. I HIGHLY recommend Emily for all your pelvic floor needs! I did my research and looked for a physical therapist that would focus on c section scar massage along with core strengthening. She is very knowledgeable and is providing even more support than I was looking for. The office is clean, friendly and allows you to bring your baby for your appointments. She is so patient and always allows me to involve the baby if needed (my baby Ofcourse never napped during my appointments). Claire is the other pelvic floor physical therapist at north coast and she is great as well- super knowledgeable and very friendly! Overall I am having a great experience and I am so grateful I took the time to care for myself too after having two babies. A big plus is they take most insurance as well!

Incredible staff! The caring, experienced, and friendly staff helped me get knees back in working order. I love that they offer an option to do one session in a pool! I graduated today and give all the credit to Ariana, Summer, and Chris for getting me to this point! I can’t recommend them highly enough!

I was sent by my doctor for arthritis in my shoulder. I had no idea physical therapy could work on that sort of thing and it has helped tremendously. They gave me a series of exercises I do at home and now we are working on my elderly (84) knees. I cannot recommend NCPT enough.

Emily Mays is a very knowledgeable, gentle, physical therapist. She has helped my situation physically and mindfully. I appreciate her very much. Her is also a fun conversationalist.

Everyone is so nice here! Jordan is amazing!!! I would give her 10 stars if I could! My neck and back feel 100 times better after seeing her for just over a month! I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I have been very happy with my experience at North Coast Physical therapy. I've enjoyed working with my therapist, Ali, who is very good at giving instructions, explaining physiology ,and listening to my concerns. He's also very encouraging and makes me laugh, which is a real plus. The facility has windows on 2 sides so there's a lot of natural light and all of the staff are very friendly.
