The people are nice but they don't listen to you when you tell them you have been living with certain health conditions for a long time, not do they take you seriously if you're a senior. I guess they think you've lost your senses once you reach the "age" but I can assure these people I still have all my facilities. I've been to this place 2 times for a severe ear infection and I feel like I'm being used as a guinea pig in an experiment. I'm getting the distinct impression that they have no idea what they are doing and they're just saying if this doesn't work we'll try this and none of its working. I'm tired of being part of their experiment. I'm sick, in severe pain and I'm not the nicest person on either occasion especially when it's been an ongoing problem like this has.

The visit went great!! All were polite,professional. Dr. OAKS got me fix up with medicine to cure my sickness. I recommend him to Everyone

Dr. Sharp, Danny Oates, and all the staff have always been super helpful and friendly. When I had COVID and lost my fiance, Dr. Sharpe was quick to respond and has been very kind and helpful through the whole grief process. I couldn't ask for a better Doctor.

On June 10, 2021, I had an appointment with urgent care to complete a physical required by my second job and my college. My TB shot resulted in a positive and they sent me to the Mobile Health Department for a chest x-ray only telling me what building numbers to go to and nothing else. I had them fax the results to my workplace and urgent care. Since the 17th, I was calling and going over there with no answer. They hadn’t received the results by June 2 and today the 3rd I brought the results to them before I had to go in at 8:45. I called my director telling them I may be late and they waited until I got off the phone to tell me they had to speak with the X-ray technician before the doctor could sign. They’ve called twice after I had to leave for work and unable to pick up the results.
