I experienced some issues with my jaw popping after using a sleep mouthpiece. Following my dentist's suggestion, I visited Josh. After a few sessions, my jaw has returned to normal. Lindsay and the team at North 40 are awesome. I suffered a severe TPF injury that required 2 plates and 15 screws. I was non weight bearing for 12 weeks. Lindsay and the team helped me to learn how to walk again, gain confidence, and do the things I wasn’t sure I would be able to ever do again. Lindsay has a great balance of knowledge, accountability, tools, and creativity to modify the PT based on my needs on any given day. I wouldn’t be where I am today in my recovery if it wasn’t for her. I would highly recommend her.

I came to N40 because I wanted aquatic strength building. A personal goal is standing upright, no hunch. Lyndsay is genius at identifieing cause and effect. So I’ve been seeing Linsey and I have gotten more from 2 sessions than a year at St. Vincent Rehab. The people here are so nice and understanding. I feel really welcomed. I recommend this place for sure. I’m now disabled, so that means a lot.

The staff did a great job of fitting me into their schedule as I was on vacation 1000 miles from home and really wanted to start some physical therapy while on my vacation. They listened well and had great suggestions and exercises for me to do while I was away from home.
