Wasted my time had me scheduled in even went to one appointment for them to call me 2 weeks later and say they don’t have info from my insurance when it was my insurance that referred them. The front desk woman that called me was rude and short about it when I had any questions regarding the cancellation she was making.

No stars actually. Referral was authorized over a month ago. Called a week later trying to schedule an appointment, but no one answered the phone, so I left a message. No one returned my call. If no appointments were available, then someone should have called me back and let me know that the referral was received, but no space available. Today, 11.09.2022, I finally received a call. I asked why the message I left was not returned. Received response about having over 200 patients and no apology. This is horrible customer service and I respectfully explained that to the female on the other end and she hung up on me while I was talking. If there's too much work to be done to help a patient feel like they matter, more personnel should be hired to let people know the situation. I was disrespected today.

Very nice facility. Polite staff, however, when you go for physical therapy there are some things that you can expect during your initial evaluation that were lacking... like, your actual range of motion and limitations evaluations. Questions only. A physical therapy evaluation consisting of questions when it should be a physical assessment. Also, I arrived late once. My therapist was still with his previous patient, and I'm fast because I don't do the heat portion of my therapy at the end, but he chose not to see me. I finally complained to the manager, Adam, who then reminded me that I had previously canceled 3 times, and that was against their policy. He told me that patients are then removed from services, but he didn't want to leave me hanging... even though he just left me hanging and it's his clinic's policy to do so. I might understand if I had simply been a no show 3 times, but even then, we as patients do not clock in and work for these people and shouldn't be subjected to that kind of policy in an area that has limited access to health care. It's the exact opposite of health care for our community. Their argument is that they don't get paid if we don't show up. Their policy is actually helping to limit access to care for community members who have very limited resources and access to health care. It's a shame. It's like medical blackmail. Adam wasn't interested in this problem of a shotty evaluation, which is a rip off of my insurance benefits since the therapist charged me for the full evaluation. Facilities who use these policies need to be called out for the barriers to care that they are. This policy specifically targets the disability community and their insurance set, Medicaid and Medicare. It is rooted in the belief that these recipients are clueless to the fact that they are receiving a paid service, and that they will miss their appointments because they are not paying for the service. The reality is that they are disabled and miss more of every aspect of life, including these precious scheduled appointments. They are completely unwilling to accommodate in an effort to flush them out without breaking the law. Repulsive at best. The one star is for the nice facility and polite staff. The one star is also for the stain on the community because of their policy of limiting access to health care in an area that is already lacking in access.

Although I was at the wrong facility for a doctor's appointment, the receptionist at the reception desk was very kind and courteous and allow me to use the phone to call my doctor, and then to call Sooner ride to drop me off at the wrong place. She was friendly and efficient and very helpful

Absolutely LOVE my physical therapist here!! If you end up going here for PT you MUST ask for Karinda!! She is amazing- so caring, and dedicates 110% time and effort to your therapy each and every session!! I am SO GLAD I was reffered here and SO GLAD I got Karinda!! Especially or you are pregnant and needing PT or post baby!! She is seriously above and beyond. We need more health care professionals that care like she does!! ❤️❤️❤️

My son was sent here a few months before he turned 1 year old and we went to less than 10 sessions before he was discharged, basically because the therapist didn’t know what to do with a child so young, which could’ve just been said but instead he was treated like he didn’t need it and discharged. He went back to his doctor and was sent somewhere else where he went on to need therapy for almost 2 years. I would never recommend this place to someone with kids.

Best physical therapy clinic in the area. My physical therapist Derek has the most gentle touch and the softest eyes you could ask for. I feel like we share a moment at each appointment.
