This is one BIG mistake I made by going here. The office staff is completely HORRIBLE AND RUDE! ESPECIALLY Vanessa! She's so loud when she speaks, my ears are still ringing. Whatever you do, DONT GO HERE. ITS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE 😫 😞 😪 😢 😩 😭 DR. TERAN WAS AWSOME. ITS THE STAFF THAYS NOT PROFESSIONAL.

NMCI medical clinic, is the best clinic ever. My doctors are highly experienced, very professional opinions and decisions. And front desk personnel are super nice people and very professional.

They don't have an e-mail, they don't have any online systems, they are sloppy with their faxes, don't return phone calls, will cancel your appointment less than an hour prior, will be late to your appointment, and then charge you for a full session even if you only received half your appointment time.

Yes, a very busy office but top notch doctors and care.

First time visit. Already waiting for over half hour.
