NMC - Outpatient Therapy

I’ve been coming here for years due to muscular problems. They are professional, friendly, accommodating and fabulous! 10 stars for the work the team does in improving the lives of their patients. The staff works with their patients to ensure they are taken care of and leave healthier than when they walked through the door!

The therapists are amazing and extremely nice and Shaniqua at the front is super sweet. The only bad thing about this office is Amanda who also works at the front. She is beyond rude. I've witnessed her be rude to elderly people on more than one occasion and she had been rude to me and my family on more than one occasion. Her phone etiquette is even worse. It's such a shame that a place with such wonderfully sweet therapists would have this be the first person you deal with coming in. She needs more training on how to speak to people in a professional manner.

Very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you for your help. Teaching me exercise to improve my back , walking and pain in right leg. Always wonderful people. My balance is really bad and I keep falling.I really trust them and know they will help me all they can. May 16 , 2018 Today I am feeling improvement. I have been in traction twice. Each time I stopped limping. I was in so much pain after working for 2 nights. Marci knows just what to do. I did less of exercises on my leg. More for my back. Gradually the pain lessened so o could no e better. I hurt so bad last night. Thank you for helping me. These exercise are so necessary. I am praying for more improvements. Best therapy in Nac without a doubt, heck I'd even say best in Texas! They're just so friendly, knowledgeable, and really are invested in helping people with their goals.
