Nina Mineo, PTA

Nina’s sweet and gentle, but her soft tissue massages take no prisoners (in the best way) - I have felt miracles happen inside my knee at the hands of this girl! I really trust her expertise and opinion and am always eager to speak to her when something is feeling off with my injury. I can also be a big worrier, so she’s always so good at calming my anxiety helping me just stay focused on healing.

Nina is friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, extremely skilled at her craft. She applies firm pressure to relieve muscle tension always making sure that I can withstand any discomfort. I always leave feeling better than when I came in.

Nina has been a great PT. She is thorough, attentive and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate coming to Alliance Orthopedics for my PT as well as Chiropractic needs.

Nina has been absolutely amazing since day one of my care. She makes sure that she communicates with the trainers on my exercises based on our sessions together in PT. Along with constant communication of what she’s doing and its significance, she makes sure i’m always comfortable when she works on me and is cognizant of my pain tolerance. She also makes sure I have solutions outside of physical therapy to incorporate in my day to day. On top of that she’s always super friendly and fun to work with! Thanks Nina!

From the first day I walked in Nina gave me a consultation, she was very professional and extremely helpful on getting me started and put on the right path for my recovery.
