Trisha was wonderful to work with. She was very caring and helped me all through my pregnancy with deQuervain and Carpal Tunnel, both of which were quite painful for me to deal with. She regularly followed up on my exercises and made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan. She improvised on exercises which were too painful for me.
Trisha is an amazing Therapist.. her knowledge and technique with Hand Therapy is unbelievable.. she takes time and patience working with every patient .. I injured my hand in a power washer accident and after 2 months working with Trisha at Nike Therapy I am nearly 100% mobility
Highly recommend this place for anyone who has any wrist/hand injuries! Trisha helped me with my TFCC pain and it improved tremendously over just an 8 week span. By the end of my sessions with her, my grip strength improved by over 50 pounds!
I am a young adult male and I was in hand therapy for some hand pain that arose from playing guitar. It wasn’t consistent so I could never tell what it was really coming from. She had me show her how I play guitar and instantly noticed what was wrong with my technique from where I said my pain was. She had an assortment of exercises and stretches that helped my hand and all the way down my arm. I know it was effective because I was only in for a short time and my problem was fixed. She is friendly, supportive, and an expert on hands. While the price was a little more expensive than therapies I’ve done in the past (for hips), it was no-doubt worth it for her level of expertise.
Trisha is a patient and caring therapist. She explained procedures and exercises in detail at every visit. Her team of assistants work with patients to provide great therapy treatments.

I had trigger thumb issue and went for physiotherapy sessions Not only there is a good improvement n healing she also suggested tips n tricks on good diet options and also ways to reduce inflammation naturally Thnks to her for generous nature and patience Defenitely recommend 👍🏻
