Nexus Physical Therapy | Poway

I went to Nexus for PT for my neck and I have to say this is one of the most comfortable places I’ve been. Half way through my routine weeks and I already feel better. Brian is simply amazing with his analysis and setting of routines. He also makes the right progressive adjustments. The front desk and the other staff are very helpful and it’s easy to work with them. I kept looking forward to these appointments.

There is definitely a reason why I have a five star rating! Stephanie, front desk manager, amazing. Always calm cool and collected. Super sweet too. Then you have Brian who absolutely listens to everything you tell him when it comes to your pain and/or issues. You can tell the way he talks to you that he really cares, he really listens. That’s rare. Then you have DeAnna! Always took the best of care of me, She loved my jokes! And don’t forget Ian, what a good-natured, caring person. I was 241Lbs when I started going there and now at 183 pounds my planters fasciitis is literally GONE! Without them, rooting me on, I probably wouldn’t have done it. Thanks guys, can’t wait to see you when I met my goal weight! Love ya!

I unfortunately had to go to Nexus Physical Therapy for a ruptured Achilles. Forunately I also had the amazing opportunity of working with 3 incredible people at Nexus Physical Therapy! Physical therapy sucks for the injury I had but I honestly looked forward to going to physical therapy because I knew I was in good hands. Saleena, Sam, and Stephanie not only had an INSANE amount of knowledge but also are so in tune with their patients body. They know when to push vs knowing what the body needs more of. They all have an incredible gift with PT but also have a gift with people. I drove out of the way to come here and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
