My 3 year old daughter fell and had extreme pain in her arm. I called and they were able to fit me in right before they closed. The staff was all incredibly kind and treated my daughter with great care. Very impressed and happy with our experience, that was scary for my daughter and myself.

The receptionist and the nurse are the only reason I can give this urgent care even two stars, they were both very kind and professional. I don’t usually leave google reviews but I’m very frustrated after my visit yesterday. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour just for the provider to be dismissive and tell me there’s nothing she can do for me and that I had to be referred to a specialist. This morning I messaged my primary and explained my situation with a photo and she was able to prescribe a topical treatment that I’ve already picked up and started using. As a healthcare worker I always want to make my patients feel seen and listened to and I did not feel that way yesterday, at least not by the provider.

This was such a positive walk-in visit. The facility opened at 8am and I got there a little early. There was a line started and I was 4th in line. They could see my daughter at 9:40. I got a text to fill paperwork out that was easy and straightforward. We went home and returned for the appointment. The staff allowed us to sit in our car until they could see my daughter. The front desk receptionist came to our car when it was time and immediately took us back to the room. She was quickly tested for strep and it was positive. The doctor did her routine checks and was beyond sweet. From the front desk being so kind and the nurse being wonderful and the doctor beyond sweet, it was such a smooth process. Highly recommend.

The ladies at the front desk was kind and helpful. The physician's assistant who saw me was rather unhelpful, though, and didn't seem to take me seriously. They told me that they had "literally no idea" about my hurt knee, and told me that an x-ray was not necessary, but gave me an x-ray order anyway.

Very nice receptionist and I like the ability to be a walk-in and be given a time to come back as to not have to sit in the waiting room for too long. Upon return at my given time, I only waited 5 minutes to see the provider. She addressed my concerns and it was a very pleasant experience.

Been having throat problems for quite a while so called when they opened, they were able to see me within the hr on a Sunday. Receptionist was very nice. Waited in the room for 5 min, only one in there. Went in for a culture on my throat and the lady who swabbed me did an amazing job on getting the saliva. I have a bad gag reflex so she would basically jam it in there to get the most saliva, it was uncomfortable but felt it was the best way to get what she needed. The lady dr was very nice and helpful as well. Gave me some medication, hopefully it helps.

I paid for a medical visit and I’m still in a lot of pain from a cyst or abscess on the back of my neck. In past visits to this clinic, I received great care that relieved my pain. The visit yesterday was horrible. I have used this clinic several times in the past. I may not go back due to my experience yesterday.

The “doctor” came in and before even looking at me she announced I don’t have an ear infection. Then she told me terrible things, there is fluid build up in my ear, massive drainage down my throat, redness and swelling behind my nose…. But I’m perfectly fine!? She spoke over me or interrupted me, the only word I got out was “but my nose and throat keep bleeding. Her response “oh I get nose bleeds all the time all you need is a bunch of Sudafed”. Guess what, IM NOT YOU and I’m still fricken SICK! Got into my PCP and guess what, I HAVE A MASSIVE INFECTION. The people at the front desk are amazing.
