Ariana has been so wonderful to work with. Not only does she go above and beyond to answer our questions and provide the needed support, she genuinely loves what she does. She is incredibly patient with our daughter and helps us read her behavioral cues so well. Our feeding journey with our daughter was not an easy one and Ariana truly helped us get her intake up. She is also so compassionate and empathetic, which was crucial for me as a mom during such a hard time. Highly recommend!

My toddler received physical therapy services at Next Steps for almost two years. I can't recommend them enough! The administrative staff are all so professional, scheduling regular sessions and makeup sessions was always easy, and overall the administrative experience with insurance, etc was smooth. Ms. Andrea was our physical therapist and she was amazing. My toddler is slow to warm and she worked so hard to help him warm up to her so they could have productive PT sessions. She is a phenomenal PT that made every in office session count and provided us really effective and accessible at home care plans. In addition to providing exceptional PT services, Ms. Andrea also went above and beyond in helping us navigate specialists outside of PT and helped us advocate for our toddler when needed. Prior to coming to Next Steps we had received PT through two other offices and our experience at Next Steps does not compare, it was exceptional and we are so grateful for everything they did for our toddler.

Next Steps has been a wonderful place for my son over the years. It’s a compassionate, patient, and naturalistic environment where the therapists go above and beyond to provide excellent care. They are incredibly understanding and offer tailored activities that meet the specific needs of each child. The parent training was outstanding, and I always felt supported, heard, and validated throughout the entire process. When I needed a break, they stepped in to help. I cannot recommend the entire staff enough – they’ve made a huge impact on our family, especially my son. Thank you for everything!

We were recommended to Next Steps PT by our pediatrician, and despite initial apprehension about starting physical therapy for our 5-month-old baby, our experience was excellent. From the beginning, Ariana demonstrated expertise and empathy regarding our insurance situation. It is rare for some to be knowledgeable about military insurance, but she was which was a relief. Our therapist, Andrea, was exceptional with our daughter. She displayed patience and rapport in every session, thoroughly guiding us through the exercises, making our home practice more effective. If we ever need a pediatric PT again, Next Steps will undoubtedly be our top choice.

My son has been going to Next Steps for almost 2 years now. We have had an incredible experience. The service providers have poured their heart and soul into helping my son and it has meant the world. Ms. Ariana helped him with feeding therapy as he had an extreme oral aversion due to his prematurity and we have seen so much progress! Ms. Brooke and Ms. Christy have also been wonderful in the Speech and Occupational Therapy department. There is no better feeling then having therapists that are very knowledgeable AND truly care about your child and their development. I highly recommend this clinic!

My daughter recently graduated from next steps therapy and they are one of the best therapy clinics in the county. The clinic itself is spotless, tons of fun therapeutic play areas and toys that my daughter loved, she was so excited to meet with her therapists each week and they created such a safe, and fun environment for her. As an occupational therapy assistant myself I had researched many facilities and this one is by far the best. They fit the needs of my daughter perfectly and I’m so pleased with her progress throughout the 3 years she was there.

We spent about 3 years with Next Steps, receiving OT services for my son on the spectrum. While there, I always felt cared for and that my concerns were addressed. We had two different therapists in our time there, but we also got to know some of the other staff members and clients. It was a great place to be, to learn and grow for myself and my son. The staff was helpful and supportive of our whole family in dealing with challenges that we faced. We were lucky to have landed there, and I would absolutely recommend the clinic to others in need of services offered there!
