Absolutely the best physical therapy I’ve had as a 30-year naval veteran. Carrie, Madison and Maddie have provided me w/exceptional core work to help alleviate lower back pain from 30 years of flying USN helicopters off ships. They are the best! I appreciate their concern and attention to detail to help me. Finally, Chelsea running the front desk, always greets you with a warm welcome and expertly runs the insurance part of your PT. Highly recommended!

I am simply in an awe of what Kerry, Madison, and the Team have accomplished in such a short amount of time with rehabilitating my back and hips. As a result I’ve had tremendous pain relief while gaining strength and stability in addition to canceling what was considered an “inevitable” surgery. I appreciate their precision and accuracy with which therapeutic interventions will yield the greatest benefit, particularly in light of how my symptoms have varied from session to session. So grateful for the quality of life they’ve helped to restore!

I genuinely looked forward to coming here every single appointment. This team is very knowledgeable and also happens to be extremely kind and fun as well! I highly recommend this place!

If I were to just review the skill of the PT providers they would get 5 stars. But Next Level Physical Therapy billing practices are atrocious. They get the billing incorrect then try to extort money from you. I can’t tolerate incompetent and/or dishonest billing practices, it wastes far too much of my time sorting it out.

Please read: I've only commented/posted/etc a few things in my life on social media and feel obligated to share my review. Having horrible shin splints and knee pain for years, I was extraordinarily skeptical that Kerry and crew could help. My skepticism was completely abated when I finished running up to Machu Picchu, which is considered the "World's Hardest Marathon". This would not have been possible without the extraordinary help of Next Level Physical Therapy. No b.s. here. No favoritism here. Just the honest truth. You'll be thrilled with the results.

Kerry is simply a miracle worker! Our family has been going to Kerry at Next Leve Physical Therapy & Performance Inc. and her associates for years and every time she has been spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. She listens, takes her time and assesses the situation carefully. We are an active family and she has taken care of us through and through, year after year. Front desk and support personnel are fantastic and helpful. They are knowledgeable about billing, scan for convenient appointments, and above all friendly and welcoming.

I normally NEVER write reviews but I had to because I absolutely LOVE Next Level Physical Therapy!! I cannot tell you how much these girls do for not only me but everyone who walks through the door. From Kristina at the front desk you’re greeted with such a warm and friendly personality it’s always like seeing an old friend! Kerry who is the owner really works to provide a comfortable enjoyable atmosphere that every other place I’ve been to for physical therapy lacks. She is so welcoming and genuinely wants each person who comes in to leave better than they were prior and really cares about your well being! I went to Next Level for knee rehabilitation after surgery (my second surgery on my knee so I’ve dealt with other physical therapy places mind you) and from the three months I was there going three times a week I was able to connect and form a family like bond with each person who works there! Hailey and Ashley are amazing! Hailey is always so upbeat and always striving to get to the bottom of things and promote healing! Ashley is so sweet and makes sure that her clients are also in amazing hands and always has a smile on her face! Even down to the PT Tech Lili who has become such a good friend to me is amazing and always ready to help you succeed in all areas of the rehabilitation process. I love you crazy girls! Thank you for everything you do for me and for everyone else. Please if you’re looking for a physical therapy place you need to stop searching and book an appointment here. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
