Next Level has been lifesaving throughout my ACL surgery recovery. I love their team approach because sometimes I get 2-3 people helping to answer my questions or coming up with exercises to strengthen my knee. As an athlete, I feel at home here because everyone is using big equipment and every PT is personally an athlete. I drive to Next Level from Highlands Ranch, and it's 100% worth it. I wouldn't go to PT anywhere else!

I was recommended Next Level by my PA after an ACL and meniscus surgery. I also heard great things from a friend and the reviews were great so I put all my trust into this place. I went there 21 times for PT and had 3 sports therapy sessions. The front desk and team were very nice. There was a really fun vibe to the place but I was disappointed in my care. Although I liked the flexibility of scheduling and working with the same few PTs, their business model was not shared with me and I was left confused. After surgery for the first few months, I had anywhere between 10-14ish exercises that ranged every hour to once or twice a day. It was difficult to work them into my day and was told this was a normal exercise load. Further into recovery, the workouts took an hour to an hour and a half which still seemed too long. My recovery was slow/plateaued and I was not seeing a ton of progress. The owner work on me one session and he cut my exercises down by 75%. I did get some big gains in the month I saw the owner. I started to question the care I was being given even more when I saw such a big gap in care. When I started working with the sports therapy side, goals were not set or strength benchmarking. I wasn’t sure what I was working towards and it wasn’t clear if I was on track to ski this winter. I wanted to do more PT sessions, and told my by doctor I needed more, and willing to pay out of pocket but was told a few times I didn’t need them and manual work wasn’t needed now that my knee could fully bend. Turns out, my scar tissue was very sticky still and it’s been causing me a lot of issues even 10 months post surgery. After one session at my new PT, I cancelled all my appointments and the person I talked to did not ask why or cared. I never got a follow up call from Next Level. I go somewhere else now and I wish I had done it sooner.

Next Level is a top notch facility. Due to two different injuries and three surgeries, I have been a client for the past year. The staff is professional and friendly. I have worked with a few therapists and they have all been so helpful. They are truly concerned about you as a person and about helping you reach your goals for recovery. They have made me feel like part of their family. Thank you all for your excellent care.

Rob is incredible! He is always positive and upbeat making our sessions fly by. He pushes me to get stronger, but more importantly can tell when we need to take a step back due to fatigue when training gets too intense. Without a doubt I wouldn’t be able to reach my goals without Rob. Not to mention the entire staff from the second you walk in is welcoming and kind. Highly recommend Next Level to anyone looking to heal safely and quickly or for anyone looking to reach their athletic goals.

Excellent place for high quality, high performance PT. Really appreciate my surgeon who recommended me here and the expertise of the Physical Therapists here, especially Joe. I didn't think I would be this strong and mobile at 4 weeks post-hip surgery. I also visited pre-surgery to prepare for new post-surgery movements and I'm really glad I did that with this team.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Front desk is not helpful and do not listen. Especially when I know my insurance policy and benefits. Was able to find another PT office that was kind and listened to what I was saying. They found the correct policy/plan with no issue because they listened to what I said and put in the small effort to find the correct one. They actually looked at my insurance card and verified the policy so this won’t be an issue when I go to the appointment. These people did not and expected me to accept that they knew my benefits better than me and bill me when I had no deductible. Also not sure why they don’t have online paperwork. These people took valuable time out of my work day for nothing. Go anywhere else but here.

I am a PT, but I do not specialize in orthopedics. I made an appointment for my daughter several weeks out in order to get a specific PT that specializes in ortho and has a background in soccer. When we arrived, we got a different PT with the same first name and were told that they do a "team approach" and could not guarantee we'd always get the same therapist. I do not believe this is good continuity of care and expressed that I made the appointments several weeks ago in order to see the same PT, which I made clear when I scheduled. They said "that's not the way we do it and we aren't going to change", which is fine, but I would have liked to have had that stated clearly when we made the appointment, as my daughter is in pain, we have waited several weeks, and now we need to find another therapist. I don't agree with this assembly line approach to PT where the goal is to see as many patients as possible. Very disappointing. Edit: owner called to apologize and said they should have honored provider request, which I appreciate. We found a smaller practice, where we don’t have to wait weeks for appointments, so are sticking with them.

Go to Next Level if you are an athlete that wants to return to sport after injury or surgery. I’m currently receiving treatment from NL for an ACL & meniscus repair and it’s the highest level of care an athlete could receive. My recovery has not been easy but NL has made it smoother. Their team is professional, knowledgable and understands and supports my goals to return to competitive soccer. Taylor was amazing during my first few months; answering all my questions, finding new ways to treat me so I could continue to progress despite my setback requiring an MUA at 10 weeks. I loved working with Taylor!! I started working with Cody recently and love seeing the progress with ROM & strength made under his care. Joe steps in with treatments as well and I never have to reexplain or update them on my progress. Do not be skeptical of their team treatment style, I promise you, it’s so seamless and you’ll receive the best care from their entire PT team. I love how their team keeps it real with me regarding timelines, approved activities and expectations for myself. I whole heartedly trust NL with my knee and encourage everyone to check them out!
